No strips for me

I’m no longer using the strips, it was too harsh on my skin, I feel like it was pulling my incisions. Other people said they work good and I still believe they work, I’m going to wait to put them on in 2 weeks or so

4 days post

Okay ladies, i’m having some pain but everyday is easier. It’s bard to sleep sometimes and the swelling noticeably went down! I was so worried they left loose skin but they didn’t!! I had my dressings taking off yesterday.. I was 3 days post op, they also gave me a B12 shot which helps me heal, i’m starting to develop a lifted scar but luckily I bought EMBRACE silicone strips . I hope it helps, I’ve also be taking MEND Cosmetic. It’s a powder I started taking it alil more than 2 weeks before surgery and thru my healing process. I’ve healed fast!! The doc said everything looks great minus the raised scars which I’ll need a steroid shot for in 2 weeks. I’ll post all the items I’ve used before and after surgery tomorrow.

Back Lift Journey

Okay ladies, 3 days ago I decided to do a back lift, my back fat was very lose due to my weight fluctuations and lipo for my BBLs. My heaviest was 220 and the smallest before weight gain for my BBL was 153 (that’s a lot of weight) I went in nervous because I was afraid that I would feel the pain... I actually started crying a bit because they said I was having local anesthesia and not twilight. I was like NO IV????!!!! So I was a nervous wreck. I was awake during the entire procedure which was different and terrifying but I let my fear of feeling pain get to me because seriously I felt NOTHING maybe pressure here and there but noting to cry about. The anesthesiologists was so caring she kept me calm during the entire process, she really help calm me and I’ll never forget that. As far as my healing and pain, i’m not going to lie it’s hard to move and sometimes moving in and out of bed is painful as well as cars... i cannot that my shirt on and off without help. My Goodness I went back to work 2 days after surgery but I’ve been taking it easy so I don’t bust my stitches. That’s my greatest fear
