Awful Revision Rhinoplasty

I plan to update my review with before & after photos of my revision rhinoplasty surgery with Niall Kirkpatrick. He told me that he was confident about improving my nose. I trusted him which is what you do when a trained & qualified & registered doctor tells you this. Unfortunately the outcome has been the complete opposite. He has created major nasal deformity & facial disfigurement. I want to post my photos so that other people can judge for themselves this surgeon’s skill when it comes to revision rhinoplasty. The combination of grafts he put in has caused my whole left lower lateral cartilage to ride up and is positioned at a very unnatural angle, he’s caused visible scarring to my skin & left me with a dent (missing cartilage) in the cartilage that forms my tip. I have also had ongoing chronic nerve pain which is being caused by either fractured to my nasal bone or the top edge of the spreader graft which is projecting above the height of bridge. It was the worst mistake of my life ever going to this surgeon. It’s ruined my life and he has refused to take any accountability for the outcome at all. He actually told me at one of my post op appointments that the outcome was near ‘perfection’ and that my left nostril had a ‘good contour’ and was not collapsed. I don’t want anyone else to end up in this situation which is why I’m going to post photos. I am completely traumatised and I have immense fear about having to under go further surgery to repair it. I don’t even know if it can be. I was a happy person before I had this surgery. Now I am struggling to leave the house and I don’t feel comfortable to be in other people’s company. I can’t echo this enough, please don’t use this surgeon for revision rhinoplasty.

Went to Niall Kirkpatrick for a revision rhinoplasty, was happy with the operation plan but the execution has been awful. Been made to look much worse, has managed to take away all the attractiveness from my face, have a much worse nose aesthetically, structurally and functionally. Managed to cause a complete blockage to the right side of my nose & then told me that people can live quite easily with that & it doesn't require treatment! Awful post op treatment - refused to acknowledge the problems & concerns I had, did not give me any explanation as to what went wrong, a terrible & devastating experience. I went to this surgeon in good faith based on reports of his skills & experience, but my outcome has been shocking. I was much happier as I was before & wish I had not had surgery with him. I do not recommend this surgeon for revision rhinoplasty - none of my goals were met & he somehow managed simultaneously both over-graft my nose & to weaken it/ take away more of the support to my nose at the same time. I don't even know how this is possible but here I am. He should not been undertaking these procedures full stop.
