extremely happy - Avon, CT

I had Coolsculpting done on my love handles on Aug 14th 2011 . I’m a fit person and eat healthy (128 lbs, 5’6) but still had some bulging on my sides and my lower abs that were just impossible to get rid of with diet and exercise. I heard about this procedure about six months ago but was a little skeptical. Did it really work? No pain or down time? After reading reviews, going in for a free consultation and seeing the before and after pictures at the office I decided to try it. My consultation went great! They weren’t pushy and were very detailed and honest about the procedure and the results.

The procedure itself had some mild discomfort but nothing I couldn’t handle. They used the small applicator on my love handles. The initial feeling of the suction is somewhat uncomfortable, kind of takes your breath away but this only last about 1-3 minutes, not bad. After, about 3-5 minutes it goes numb and there is no discomfort. I read a book and had my morning coffee during the process. The clinician was great and made me feel so comfortable. When they take the machine off the area is freezing, it looks like your skin is a stick of butter. (It will look a lot worse than it is!) They begin to massage the area down. Again for me this was a little uncomfortable, not painful it just feels odd. By the time I left the office the area a little swollen and tender but no pain. I went right back to my daily exercise and routine. For the next 10 days the area was numb and sore. It also felt like needles prickling in that area. After two weeks it went back to normal, I get occasional itching on the area.

In two weeks I noticed about a 15% reduction!!! YES UNBELIVABLE!!! My clothes fit better around the waist and I have had people notice! I haven’t lost weight but inches. They will tell you that you should wait two months for the final results and it has only been 4 weeks and I am so happy with my results. I went back two weeks ago to get my lower abs done. Same results as my love handles this far. I would recommend this procedure to everyone that cannot get rid of those stubborn pockets of fat. Well worth the money spent.($2,800 for both love handles and lower abs) Now I know I have an option that doesn’t hurt and doesn’t take a long time to recover! I hope this review helps since I found everyone else’s reviews so helpful before deciding on going through with it.

I will update and post before and after pictures after three months. I’m so excited and looking forward to the final results!!! The staff at the office was GREAT!
