Trying to make a new review because I am getting a breast revision/augmentation the 25th...

Here is what an extra 237cc would look like on my left (your right) breast. Also, I am wearing a padded push up bra. I am really excited but nervous. I do not want to feel like after they are too big or too small. I just want to feel comfortable under my skin. I also want to fix my asymmetry by going a size up, I know that maybe I should ask my doctor if both my breasts just need a different sized implant or not.

Breast Revision Surgery 600 or 650cc for my body type and height?

User Avatar

Hello,

I am going to be undergoing breast revision surgery and going a little bigger. I am currently 450cc and I feel like a full C. I am worried 650cc will be too big but I do not want to regret 600cc as being too small. My goal is a full double D's. Here is a recent photo after almost 4 years post-op. Also, I know they are asymmetrical but I am wondering if for my weight and height if 600cc will be too big or just big enough? I am rougly 5'4 and a 130 pounds. Thanks for all your advice.

I would advise you to go for the larger of those two options.

Thank you! I will let my doctor know. I hope he does not object. My surgery is the 25th

One cup size is roughly equivalent to 130-150cc so 600cc should be one cup size bigger than you currently are. If you feel like a full C now you would probably feel like a full D afterwards. 650cc would give you that little extra. Ask your doctor what he thinks would be the best option for you to reach your goal of full double D's.

Btw, did your nipple sensitivity ever come back?

I have lost sensation and sensitivity in my nipples... What can I do?

User Avatar

This is making me a little depressed because my surgeon never told me that I would lose sensation in my nipples and was adamant about committing to the procedure through an areola incision. It makes me sad because I feel nothing when my boyfriend touches them... I don't regret a breast augmentation but I do regret the area of incision. It might not have happened through a crease incision. Has anyone else experienced this? Please help? Would sensation come back after time?

It would have happened regardless of where the incision was, because it's where your nerve is. The nerve to your nipples is on the side under your armpit, and gets moved a bit when placing the implant. So losing some sensation is bound to happen. I've done a lot of research and it's common. But may come back.

I agreed with jessibelle87. Area of incision have nothing to do with lose sensation. I had nipples reduction , didnt take me long back to normal. Did you talk to your Dr about your concern??

I am 11 months PO, and had my implants placed via crease incisions. The bottom half of my breasts are still numb. I have sensation in my right nipple, but not the left. I was hoping I'd gain back sensation, but at 11 months PO, I have pretty much lost hope.
