WORTH IT
I use to have a coke bottle figure and over the last ten years it turned into a keg. After personally see the results of Dr. Salama, I decided to give surgery a shot. I underwent a full TT and lipo to my flanks, inner thighs and chin????. My surgery was yesterday and I can already see a difference in my thighs. As for my TT and chin, I can't view them yet because I'm wearing a binder and a head wrap. But I'm confident in the sculptor (Dr. Salama). I've been walking around (like a little old lady) to assist in blood flow and drainage. I will update my journey in the days to come.

Happy healing, try to lay with a pillow under your head and under your knees so you don't wake up too hunched over. Keep moving as much as you can too. Excited to see your journey as I am a few weeks ahead of you

Hi ladies I am having mine next month. I am stressing and having anxiety any suggestion on how to make myself relax
October 27, 2016
To be honest I stopped following real self the month before I had surgery and I focused on taking care of the bills and the home to make sure my family could handle the 2 weeks with out me and a month with out a good check from work.

Are you seeing Dr Salama?

I was nervous about the surgery as well, but I kept positive thoughts, prayed and solicited prayers. On the morning of my surgery I was not nervous at all. Also, don't tell a lot people about what you're doing, because you will hear too many opinions and you don't need that.

Yes!

Yes you will get so many opinions it's just too much to deal with, I agree with that comment 100%

How soon were you able to stand up straight?
October 27, 2016
I was upright by day 5 I believe. Yesterday was the first time I was standing fully straight, I still have that pulling feel where I need to make myself straight. My review will be more accurate with pics also

Are you taking anything vitamins or putting any Arnica on the bruising.
October 27, 2016
I take the arnica dissolvable tablets, iron, and next week I'm starting my vitamin E
User Avatar
October 27, 2016
No, I wasn't aware that should take vitamins or use bruise cream. Thanks
User Avatar
October 27, 2016
Ok, I'm going to order some vitamins. No one mentioned it to me. Thanks
October 27, 2016
Arnica helps with swelling and bruising, iron is good for blood, vitamin E helps with skin elasticity

Another question ladies how do u know wat size breasts I am debating
User Avatar
October 28, 2016
I personally subscribe to the proportion philosophy. Go as big as you can, but keep it looking natural for your frame.
October 28, 2016
But how do I know I tried on all sizes and the look small. Plus I still need lipo and tummy tuck
User Avatar
October 28, 2016
The surgeon should be able to assist with the sizes. I understand because I felt like mine were small, but everyone else thinks they're big enough for my frame. Plus keep in mine that after lipo and TT your breast will look bigger.
October 28, 2016
Dr salama will go over options with you if your seeing him for your makeover, I told him I wanted a D size and I got a small D I think lol I told him I wanted to be fuller. He won't do a lift on your breast and then give you heavy implants he says it's redundant and a waste of money. Dr salama will give you guidance on what will fit your frame and he tells you that he uses a sizer first to see how much he should use for your body type.

Today has been rough due to constipation and gas. I am so uncomfortable, it's unreal. The bright spot for today was a surprise sent by my husband.

Ok, I will. How long did it take you to have BM after your surgery?
October 29, 2016
Day 3, take your colace one a day
October 29, 2016
You do not want to use your muscles to have a BM. It hurts so bad to sneeze and cough still
