Tummy Tuck with Dr. Salama - One Year Post-Op - Aventura, FL

This is a 1 year post-op review of my tummy tuck procedure with Dr. Salama.
After having two children and doing all I could to return to my original body, I started looking into having a tummy tuck. After months of research, my husband referred me to Dr. Salama and we set up a consultation. Dr. Salama was very professional and answered all our questions. Dr. Salama was very patient and his staff very friendly. This is something that we did not experience at other offices. I was very confident that Dr. Salama was the right choice and decided to place a deposit. I had the tummy tuck performed in August 2015.
After my consultation, I met with Dr. Salama once again during my pre-op visit. I also met with my patient coordinator, Nomie. Both Dr Salama and Nomie explained in detail what I should expect before, during, and after surgery. The office was very busy, but once again, Dr. Salama and his staff were very patient and did not rush our visits. They made sure we had all our questions and concerns addressed.
The day of the surgery, I met with Dr. Salama, the nurses, and the anesthesiologist. Dr. Salama marked me up and I was sedated soon after. I woke up later that afternoon in recovery.
There were no complications at all, just the normal pain associated with the procedure. I had the procedure on a Friday and Dr Salama requested to see me the following day. Since the following day was a Saturday, I expected it to be a normal workday for him. This was not the case, he personally opened his office and saw me, as well as another couple of patients. On several occasions, I called Dr Salama with questions during my recovery. Each time, Dr. Salama answered the phone immediately or shortly thereafter. I as very surprised by the level of attention I received during my post-op period. I would like to point out that I have had a breast augmentation with another surgeon and NEVER received the level of attention that I received with Dr. Salama. I met with Dr. Salama and/or his staff several other times during my recovery over the next few months to make sure my body was healing properly. The massage therapists, especially Celia, were incredible.
The results were better than I expected. I have my curves again and the tummy tuck scar is very fine and low on my pelvis so you can not see it wearing a bikini.
I highly recommend Dr. Salama. He is very professional, takes pride in his work, and shows concern for his patients. He is a very amicable person and makes every effort to make you feel comfortable at all times.

Yes !!! I'm so happy to read this . I can't wait . I'm having my tummy on September 8 and getting married on April 15. I know I won't be 100percent healed but do you think I'll be able to notice results then . It will be 7 months post op. I here there is a lot of swelling
