8hrs post op :)
Thanks for all of your support ladies, I was Fisher's first patient, I got to Jolie around 5:30am, took pictures, drug & pregnancy test, got weight etc. Dr Fisher walked into my around 6:05 am & I was star truck I'm like "Hi Dr Fisher" & he's so damn handsome & knows he's the [RS bleep], he responds "what's up, what's going on, where are you from" etc .. instantly fell in love. The anesthesiologist was really nice too, we spoke for a little next thing I knew I was out & woke up shivering & was extremely cold. I had 2 blankets requested another (I could barely get my words out) they also put the heater under the blanket for me. When I initially woke up I was in pain but I was given pain meds through the IV & then my blood was put back into me (cell saver), followed by some regular iv drops. I can honestly say I'm not in any pain, however there is a few discomforts, nothing I can't handle. My period came while I was getting into the car back to the hotel so my faja & compression stockings are literally soaked!! & to think I can't take this off until tomorrow, I feel disgusting. I am draining A LOT, Don't know if it's because of my period or what but I've had to empty my drain about 7, maybe 8 times since 10am this morning. I will post my before & after pics either tonight or tomorrow after my pre op once I'm cleaned up. I'm totally out of it, just don't feel like being bothered want to relax. Will say that I feel so much smaller, my waist looks smaller to me, but my stomach looks a little big but im sure it's all the gauze, swelling & bloating from my period.
Btw Dr Fisher is AMAZING, he was so down to earth & funny as hell. Our whole conversation was mixed with seriousness & humor. He was honest & very warm, he walked his handsome ass in the room & I was so shy, but after conversation I felt like I knew him for decades. Anyway, thanks again for all of your support & help, wouldn't of been have as confident or prepared for this surgery if it wasn't for you ladies! Xoxo
