39 Years Old, Mother of Two Who Desperately Wanted Her Pre-children Belly Back - Aventura, FL

I'm 5 days post today and I had my first massage at Dr. Salama's office. True to what everyone else previously stated, the massages can be rough. In anticipation of this, I started stretching a little while walking. Nothing major, I would just lean from side to side a little. Doing so was really trying. I also had my daughter rub my stomach and back in an up and down motion, which was hard as well. However, I noticed that I could sleep a hell of a lot better after. I was trying to prepare my skin for this massage and it worked. The massage was not nearly as hard as it would have been if I did nothing. My body is sore but the massage felt good. It helped drain me even more... not getting massages would be a huge mistake.

I had liposuction on my chin, abdomen, flanks and upper and lower back with Dr. Moises Salama on Thursday. I decided to finally go through with having this procedure done in spite of all my fears because I truly wanted the stomach and back that I had as a younger woman (pre-kids). Dr. Salama was recommended by a friend after I had gone to two other consults that weren't impressive. Dr. Salama won me over because of his great personality, caring demeanor, vast medical education, numerous book collaboration on Plastic Surgery and most importantly he is a BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON!!! I can't began to tell you how great Dr. Salama and his whole team treated me. I was sooooo nervous about this procedure until I literally was losing sleep over it. Looking back, I put myself through so much unnecessary stress because Dr. Salama is LEGIT. He is honest, kind, realistic and very serious about his craft. The Anesthesiologist (Dr. Hernandez) who works with Dr. Salama was the best!!! He explained everything that he would be giving me and listened to my concerns. He straight up told me "I'VE GOT YOU" that made me feel so relaxed and trusting of both he and Dr. Salama. I'm 1-Day Post; today I went in to be checked and have my lipo forms put on. It's only been 1 day and I'm swollen but I can already see a big difference and it's only going to get better with time. I just want to thank Dr. Salama 's whole team; the nurses that assists him during the procedure and his Administrative team...you all exemplify excellence. For all of you ladies who's seeking an awesome professional plastic surgeon call Dr. Salama. You will be forever grateful; I sure am! I'll post pics later because the ones I have are pretty messy.
