I just wanted to attached a side by side comparison of my 9 days post op versus,1 month to show the important of wearing your garment, eating healthy, and getting yiur massages will affect your results ...you can really see the difference as ...i wear my garment around the clok and sometimes I put on a waist cincher for extra compression. . This is too much money to not get the best results possible....

So the pain has subsided and I'm almost back to my normal life! My hubby can't keep his hands off me and I'm loving it..lol just wanted to update a few pics...

You are looking fantastic. Has the time flew by for you too? Were all of your massages done at his office with Cecelia? How many did you get and do you feel they were worth it vs. just healing without them? Do you still use your boards? Im trying to determine if the foam will do what the boards do or if i should purchase abdomen and back boards to work with the foam. Thanks for any information you have to offer.
Thank you so much...around the 3rd week I felt a little better. I still have tightness in my back sometime. I only used the foam but I'm going to purchase thE ab and back board as well so I can get the best possible results. I only did 3 massages but I'm going to 3 more with Cecelia. .but i do self massages at home as well...hope this helps!
