It's been 4 month now and I feel GREAT!!! I'm especially happy with my breast, they look so real. At my last appt with Salama he said he wants me in a supportive bra at all times. I was upset at first but I understand why. With gravity and the weight of the implant they can and will sag. So I'm listening to the expert. Lol. My tummy is flat but still considered "swollen". I wish someone would habe told me that after sx my periods would be heavier. Smh!! I back in the gym 6 days a week again. My goal is to look competition ready as if I'm trying to compete in the figure or physique category. Is been 2 months with with my new trainer and I've lost 8 lbs and 2 inches off my waist, thighs and arms. I should be ready in another 2 months. CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Hi ladies, I decided to go with Dr Salama because of the work I see on IG, RS and in person. I'm having a mommy makeover. I'm super nervous but the doctor amd his staff did everything to put my mind as ease. My consult was yesterday and had pre op today because my sx date is August 10. Can't wait to be on the flat side.

Glad to hear from you. You look fantastic and awesome job with your progress with your personal trainer! My doctor has been pretty straight with me on the request for a nearly 24/7 bra, stupid gravity ;) Again, glad to hear from you, keep killing it towards that goal!
hey ma’am! glad to see you are doing great! I had to call to the office the other day to see if it was okay that I can start wearing underwire bras. I’m gonna fly back out there in April for a face to face 6 Month followup
Oh that's great... he told me ay my last appointment. He wants me to wear a good supportive bra all the time. I kind of question did but then I realize of course gravity with the implant so yeah I see why. Hope you have a great visit. I should schedule another appointment with him for next month for a follow-up but I think I'm fine for now. Thinking about lipo on the flank or the swelling part that really didn't go on down too much but I highly doubt my husband is going to want to pay for that again

Loving my results!!!!!

Had my 3rd massage yesterday and was told that I do not need anymore lymphanic massages. My body is softening (good thing) and swelling is very minimal. YAY!!!!! FINALLY went bra shopping and found these cuties at Ross and TJ Max

Hey ma'am glad to see your okay. It's the TT scar?
Your shape is gorgeous! You must feel SO good! Hope to see you on here soon with another update!
Thank you hun!!!! I love my results with the exception of a lol I had before surgery. It was always there but since surgery it's a lot more noticeable. Salama Said to use heating pad and foam roller. I honestly don't think it's helping but he said that if it bothers me in 2 more months he can do a little Lipo to get rid of it.... smh...i don't wanna go through this again but he said he carb use local anesthetics. I doubt my husband will we be willing to pay for this again
You never know, if it really bothers you and the price is reasonable, maybe the hubs will agree? You know what they say...if Momma ain't happy, nobody's happy! ;) Either way you look amazing girl!
Ready for another update, hope all is well with you!

2 weeks post op

Got my first massage yesterday... it was a little bit of pleasure and pain. When she touched my flanks it was fine but right down the middle of my tummy wear muscle repair was fine was SO PAINFUL!!! felt a knot there. It later about 30 -35 mins. They gave me my stage 2 faja it comes with a strap that goes over my breast did I don't need The binder they gave me last week. It's not as tight as I thiught it would be, maybe because of the foam that I have to use and I'm still a bit numb. The nurse removed my bandages and put silicone tape on my scars. Told me to start using scar cream once the roll of tape is finished. I habe to start doing stretching exercises to help with my tight back and tummy. She showed me how to massage my breast to get that soft natural look that I want. It hurts because I have to push the implant around but I'm gonna do what I gotta do. Just need to add patience lol
