Love my resultsPre op measurements 38-37-42I'm 5'4" and weighed 170 lbs at surgery datePost op 36-27-48 I was SALAMAFIED 3 years ago and let me tell you this SALAMA AND ELITE PLASTIC SURGERY ARE THE BEST. Everyone tells me my booty is perfect but I see my imperfections. I pointed it out to Dr. Salama and He told me to book a date. As a model I take pix for a living so it has to be perfect if I didn't Model I probably wouldn't even trip. My back is perfect I finally covered up my scar with a tattoo and it's perfect. 2 years later and I've loss no mass 38-28-49 yup 49" SALAMA IS THE BEST PIX COMING

Your results are great :) thats exactly what i want to get done and also a tummy tuck :) i hope you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for the fat grafting ibto your buttocks ? :) im lookinh for a surgeon in miami and he sounds great

Dr salama is the BEST, MY price is 3 years old so I'm sure his bbl price is up but he is worth EVERY PENNY

I have always had a small flat spot at the bottom of one of my cheeks, you really can't tell unless you take allot of pix I'm a model and I see too many good shots that I can't use because of it so he is going to fix it

Ammmmmaaaaazing work! You look stunning. Here is my question I am 43 5'7 and currently I weigh 150 lbs and that is after having 7 biological kids with 4 being adults. Once you get the surgery done how do you go by maintaining your weight or gaining weight to maintain the great results? That is only if you know I see in a post you are 5'4 and weighed 170 which looks different on me due to me being taller.

I have to keep fit or I'll get bigger, at 47, your metabolism is set so it should be easy to maintain your weight the good thing is the fat from your stomach is the hardest fat to loose do if you gain weight for sx it should stay after if the fat is Taken from your stomach

Your butt looks great! I pray that my butt sits like that because some people get there's done and I can barely see a difference from before. That might be their preference...lol

I came home day 1 in a medium stage1 garment, 2 days later at my post op visit I was moved into an xl stage 2 garment
4 days later I moved to a large stage 2 garment (all where Provided by dr salama included in my price) I wore the large home and at 10 days I added my corrsett cincher at 14 days I moved to my vedette 128 with corset at 16 days at 21 days I added a small squeem to my vedette 128 (the medium corset was not tight anymore) at 4 1/2 weeks I ordered my small vedette 136(which I'm in now) I already have slimed out if it so I am ordering a extra small squeem vest tomorrow
My dr told me to maximize my results keep my compression as tight as possible and get at least 2 massages a week I have followed that to the T

Thanks for providing the names of the corsets and cinchers. I get massages twice a week too. I'm following everything Dr. Salama said to do!

Hi :) so you wear the waist cincher on top of the garment? I had surgery with dr Salama 6 weeks ago and I feel like my abdomen could use a little extra compression and I always want to throw the waist trainer on but thought it wasn't encouraged until 8 weeks post op.

I used a corset because it was adjustable but it's best to just go smaller on your garment they are cheaper on ebay
