I am 6 years post-OP on my BBL with Salama and yes that ass is still here I actually had hoped it would go down a little but it didn't so I asked him to to reduce it a little with my next procedure

Breast reduction in seattle on Thursday 4/26/18
Sorry i have been mia. I will update yall on my bbl a little later. For now i am preparing to reduce my size 38h natural boobs. They cause me hell and lots of pain. Doctor says because my insurance is covering it, i must go down to a DD.

Hey boo I haven’t been up here in so long...hope all is well and just wanted to let you know I’m going in for a revision...I need to reduce my butt size its not adding up to my legs...I live the overall shape but I think due to weight gain and weight loss then weight gain again my legs is not caught up

Hey BBTW,
I have a couple of questions for you because I know you’re the BBL expert on here. I was so swollen on my face in my hands I’m on day two of my surgery was yesterday. Is there anything I can do to make this better? If not how long did it take before your face and hands were in the swollen. Also I am on able to eat anything I have no appetite and I get nauseous when I eat. Dr. Salama keeps telling me to eat but I cannot take down any food

So I'm 2 days post op Dr salama had them switch to a but in garment to pullup on the bottom of my booty where he lipo'd to get a flat spot out he only did lipo on my back (not happy about that because I gained weight to get this revision) but hey I does not take long for my stomach to snap back so far so good I'm happy with my results and first massage is tomorrow

Do you think you'll be pleased with this revision? I had a tt, lipo, and fat graft to hips only (none to butt) back in November. I then has some revision lipo and some more fat grafted to my hips, particularly when one side looked flatter than the other side (my hips curved in before surgery). When I got home from my revision surgery I was like wth! My hips looked like a cartoon character. Now that the swelling has gone down they look great. I'm just hoping I don't lose any of the fat and they stay like this. Do you think after your swelling goes down you'll be where you want to be?
So far so good I think I will be fine salama keeps it real he said he did what was, needed but everyone's body is different if the fat holds I'll be a happy camper
Great! I agree. I've seen some people lose almost all the fat, while others seem to restrain all or most of it. Other than the flat spot, I think I retained pretty much all of mine. I sometimes think I may have caused that because it's the side that I had to kind of roll on to get out of bed since I wasn't able to use my stomach muscles. Good luck and happy healing!
