32 Years Old Looking to Fix my Butt

I did my bbl with Dr salama on January 13, 2017. It took me two years to make a decision to do this procedure. I was very scared but realself help me alot. I became so fascinated with the reviews and the outcome I decided to do it. I chose dr.salama because he's aggressive with giving you that hourglass shape, not only a big butt. I meant dr. Salama on the day of surgery, yes day of lol. I wasn't concerned because I did alot of research on him and when I saw him in the parking lot I was like that's my surgery. He's pleasantly professional with a sense of humor. We talk while taking the elevator to his office along with the anesthesiologist and they both made me laugh. Dr. Salama explained the process to me in its entirety, the good bad and ugly, he laid it all out on the table. I have a double fold on my butt and was hoping it can be fixed but he said that if he put fat there to fix the crease it will eventually go back to how it was and actually look worst. As much as I wanted it fixed a respect his honesty so I told him not to try to fix it then. 5 mins after I was on the surgery bed and the next thing I remember is waking up in recovery shaking which is normal. The nurse took me out on a wheelchair and I went to the hotel. Dr. Salama gave me some instructions to walk around every 2 hours, eat and drink alot. I was ok laying down but whenever I get up to walk around I felt lightheaded. After drinking a few bottles of water and Gatorade I started to feel better to walk. The next day I saw him for post op and he said I was healing nicely. I actually walk by self to his office that day. The 3rd day I went grocery shopping with my step mom. I made sure I took my piano meds every 4 hours so pain wasn't an issue for me, only soar and uncomfortableness. Post op day 5 I was taking care of myself taking uber to my appointments because my step mom went back home for work. Today is day 8 and I am still doing well because I'm here alone I made sure I eat, drink and take my meds. I will be taking my front drain out today and might go to the beach. I can't wait to see how this fat booty gonna heal, as you know I can loose up to 50% of the fat.
