30 Yrs Old Going from B to D

Hey guys. So I finally had my BA with Salama on Thursday. He did an amazing job and attended to all my questions and concerns. My boobs look fantastic given the circumstances (I was born with a natural uniboob called congenital symmastia) I am very happy with my results. As for the comments I previously made about the main office staff, I absolutely hated having to communicate with them. But the nurses, anesthesiologist at the surgical center are amazing and made me feel very safe and comfortable even tho Salama was running late. My appt was for 2pm and he didn’t operate on me until 6:30. I was out and on my way home by 8:30pm. But now I see how amazing my breasts look, it was definitely worth the wait.
I’m still in a lot of pain. A lot of pressure and burning sensation. I hope it goes away soon because getting in and out of bed to eat or use the bathroom is extremely painful for me.

Hey does anyone have any advice on whether I should get the implant under the muscle or on top of the muscle? I’ve always been in favor of under the muscle for a more naural look but I spoke to a friend and she told me on top is better because I already have some boob fat. What do u guys think?

So. My original sx date was scheduled for July 20. They called me and said something came up so they had to reschedule me for the next day (July 21) which kinda ruined my planned schedule and was very inconvenient for me. But I had no choice right? So I was told I would be called the day before to find out my sx time.. it's 1pm the day before my sx, and no call yet. I have no clue what time I need to be there. So I call the office and they said they would call me back in 30 min. Two hour pass, no call, so I call again. Finally they tell me it is at 2pm. I go the next day for my sx, and I get changed into my gown, I'm ready to go. They tell me to pee in a cup for a pregnancy test. So I'm sitting in dr salamas office all changed and ready for sx. He tells me my urine results come back positive for drugs which was not likely to be true. I was so shocked. Why on earth would I test positive. There's no way I would do anything to jeopardize my surgery I have been looking forward to this for weeks now. At this point, there was no point for me to argue because they are using my results against me. He tells me to come back next Friday (July 28) to test again and if it's negative, he would do the surgery. Today is Tuesday (July 25) and they call me at 9:30am to tell me they had a cancellation and if I wanted to do my surgery today. I said ok great I'd love to. So they continue to tell me that I need to pay a fee of 1,250 when I come in!! For canceling my appt on Friday. First off I didn't cancel, I was forced to reschedule. Now I'm starting to think my test results was fake and they are just trying to scam me for another 1250 on top of the 5000 I already paid for the surgery. If u ask me, 6250 is ALoT for a normal breast augmentation. And on top of that, why do I have to pay a fine for being forced to reschedule when he cancelled my surgery on Thursday and made me reschedule for Friday ?! So my options are: pay the 1250 or lose all my money, because even if I said 'F this, I'll do my boobs with someone else, they have my money and there's no refunds after 2 weeks' I shouldn't be fined for having to reschedule. I understand the cancellation policy but I DID NOT cancel I was at my appt ready to go. When I go back on Friday, I am not letting my urine out ofy site and want the test done in front of me. This place is a scam and they're ripping me off and stealing my money. So heads up to all you ladies
