23 Years Old, No Kids - Aventura, FL

I have scheduled a revision consultation with a surgeon thats only 15 mins away. I just want to know what he thinks of my results so far, and if there is anything possible that can be done to better my results. Feel very disappointed so far.

Since I was 16 years old, I became obsessed with breast augmentation. I knew I had to wait for the right time to be able to afford it. On December 18,2013 I flew down to Aventura, Florida to meet with Dr. Salama. He told me that I had tubular breast deformity, and that my left breast is smaller than my right breast. Also, if I got breast augmentation I will not have cleavage do to my breast deformity. I was very upset because I always pictured having nice round breast (fake look). The day of surgery I was very anxious because I did not know how to picture my post-op look. Dr. Salama decided that I should get high profile, 500CC, Silicone on both breasts. On the first day of post-op I went and saw Dr. Salama and a first look at my new breast. I was very unhappy because they had a torpedo shape look and they were high up on my chest. I wore a band daily and started massaging a week later after surgery. Its been 2 months since surgery and my breast have dropped and fluffed, but they still have that torpedo look. I am just not happy enough with my results. I still wear a sports bra because I don't have the confidence to wear a nice regular bra. I sometimes think I should go for a revision with another surgeon just to see if there are options. I communicate with Dr. Salama by email, and all he says is that they have dropped but to send him more pictures. For now what bra should I even purchase? Any suggestions on what I should do?????
