It's been about 6 and a half months...

My left breast has dropped and looks beautiful while the right did not drop all the way. If I press on the top of it, it looks just like the other.. It kinda feels like it's "stuck". When I raise my arms the left breast is, in my opinion, perfect.. The other just kind of sits there.. I've tried just about everything to get it to drop but nothing helped (massage, band, etc.) I sent dr Salama some pictures about a month ago and he had the girls contact me to schedule a revision. I am thinking about combining that with a tummy tuck but pricing is a big deal. I came across Dr. Michael Salzhauer and his work is amazing! He posts procedures on his Instagram just about daily and I am very impressed; and not to mention the offers they run are great too! I really want the tummy tuck and bbl this year.. I scheduled a FaceTime consult with dr Salzhauers office for 1/7.. We will see how it goes.

I initially looked into getting a brazilian butt lift and came across Dr. Salama's webpage which then led me to performing an internet search and that is when I found all the reviews on realself. I had a traumatic experience with an infected csection when I had my son in 2012 who I also breastfed. I had gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy following an 85 pound loss and all the fluctuations in my weight and the csection and breastfeeding destroyed my body to say the least. I decided I wanted to start somewhere and since my breasts took the biggest hit I decided to go with Dr. SALAMA after seeing photos of mommy makeovers and bbl he has done.. From the first call to the office I was pleased..all the girls there are really friendly, willingly answer your questions and make sure everything is done right the first time. Dr. Salama is so down to earth and just makes you feel so comfortable. He knows what he is talking about and that confidence is so reassuring that you are in good hands. I am 1 day post op and so far very pleased with my results. I live out of state so my initial consult was done via photos and I was estimated to pay just a bit more because initially we thought mastopexy was needed but turns out that it wasn't the case. At only one day post op im already thinking about other procedures with dr salama...he is now my go to guy for any future procedures. I am very happy with everything I cannot express enough the professionalism and patience that dr salama and all the other staff exhibit. I look forward to continue working with them in the very near future. I will definitely post pictures as soon as I get a chance of before/progress/after. Congrat on your BA :) What sz and type of implant did you get? Can you post pics pls?
Sorry for all the questions. Ive been researching his work and reading hundreds of his reviews for weeks now bc I really want a BA done early next yr.
I went with the saline option because I wanted something that my body could adjust to naturally if I experience a rupture (which isn't very common). My implants are under the muscle; the left has 700cc and the right has 650cc of saline. My ending size is a 36 D and I am beyond happy with them! I live out of state and Dr. Salama is always a call or text away. I send him pictures all the time and he lets me know if my progress is normal.. The girls at the office arr the best, they always seem to be in a great mood and answer all of your questions and address all your concerns. Dr. Salama is very down to earth and just makes you feel comfortable..no creepiness at all lol He also sets very realistic expectations, he wont sell you a dream if he cannot deliver. The surgery center isn't too far from the office and it is nice and clean. I stayed at the nearby Marriott which was also very nice. I used their driver only the day of surgery since I had gotten a rental car and my sister came to help me with recovery for a few days. I was in FL for about a week after surgery.. if you have any other questions let me know..
Thanks any info I can get from his patients is great. Id be an out of state patient also if I ended up having Dr. Salama do my BA. I'm a hesitant to have my surgery so far away from home but I figured if the surgeons more experience and his cost are lower as well then why not :) I want to get silicone gel bc most of my friends who got them did also. based on some of the b4 and after pics ive seen im thinking of getting 500-600cc implants. What was your height and weight b4 the sx?
Sorry to hear that your right breast is being stubborn! How did your consult go? Are you still considering a revision and possible other procedures too?
Yea, that is a lot to recover from. Glad you're going with your gut instinct on everything. Good luck with your TT. You'll have to start a review in that community next! ;)
