Sooo Excited! - Aventura, FL

I feel 1000000% better! It only gets better from here... My results are holding strong, I love my shape! I went to the gym last night and walked on the tread mill for 20 mins, I was amazed by all the attention! Salama truly is a miracle worker!!

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, haven't felt like myself :( this surgery is definitely something you have to really want because it's not easy.... Well let begin from the start... I was the first of the day so I arrived at about 7:15am... The nurses, salama, and the anesthesiologist were amazing, they all know how to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I was beyond nervous on that table but was was assured everything was going to be ok.... I woke up in pain and so drowsy, the nurse kept telling me to get up but all I wanted to do was sleep, I'm not gonna lie, she was pissing me off but she was just doing her job... They put me in a wheel chair, which was extremely uncomfortable, and I was wheeled out to the car.... When I returned to my room, I went straight to sleep. Thankfully I wasn't as nauseas as I thought I was going to be and was actually able to eat! By the way, everything they tell you is true... Thank you ladies for the advice, it really helped out... I stayed hydrated, ate, and kept up with the walking and it made me feel a lot better!! The pain meds helped out a lot too lol... My first massage was so painful, not to the point I was crying, but very uncomfortable. I'm currently back home, constantly lying on my stomach, can't wait for the 6 week mark! Lol I strongly recommend dr salama, he's a man that knows what he's doing, Ive never been happier with my figure!!
