Hello, so here is the review I wanted to do. Lordes was my primary caretaker at the recovery house and she was AMAZING . She is soo nice and full of energy and I hated to leave to come back into the "real world" . So for the most part, I've been avoiding trying to sit on my butt because I dont want to get a flat spot but I notice that there is one on my right side :-( . Ive been getting the MLD massages as directed but its totally different from the massages at the office. Its more of a soft massage that is used to push the fluid through the lymphatic system and my therapist said that apply too much pressure in the massage will cause inflammation and more swelling since your body is trying to heal. Im also doing the heating pad with the rolling ball. Its been a challenge at work to do everything being sore and sitting on my thighs. My leg tends to fall asleep doing so. Overall I love my shape so far. I just hope that I dont deform my butt some way, shape, or form and have to do this all over again.

Hey. Im still a little sore in my back area but overall good. bought my garment from a store in miami . They also sell them online . I wear the one they gave me sometimes but for the most part, I wear this one.
