So, it's been awhile. But I did want to put some more recent pics out here. I just did a tt with salama a few weeks ago, and that has been great. I feel extremely blessed to have had such good results. As my swelling goes away on my stomach, I will be posting more pics. Not sure if I'll post them here or on my tt review??

I have been following realself for a couple years now looking into dr's for a BBL. The most impressive work I seen was from dr salama. He is by far talented and very experienced with BBL's. Love my results!!

I'm also thinking about a tummy tuck I did BA & BBL .. How was the tummy tuck is it really the worst surgery ?
Thank you! I feel that for the first week the tt was worse than the bbl. But after the first week the bbl was worse because you have to go so long without sitting. I also feel like I had more abdominal swelling with the BBL and it was taking longer to go down. This swelling is still significant but seems better than the bbl. Overall I don't feel like the tt is the worst, it feels like it for the first week, but it gets better, and now that I'm almost 3 weeks post it's better than the bbl. With the BBL I avoided sitting for months! It was much more demanding than a tt. I'm very happy I did it!

Thanks! Lol, the key word is it doesn't look like I needed one, lol. But i had allot of lose skin on the very bottom of my stomach. It was allot I needed a t line tummy tuck at that too. I was 200 pounds at one point in my life and I got down to no stomach at all, so the amount of skin was significant, but I was able to cover it under my clothes because there was no excess fat with it. This surgery will definitely give me swim suit confidence.

I don't have any better pre op pics. The ones I posted were the ones I sent dr salama in my consult. But this is me today. Still wear waist trainer and ab board. You can see the lines from my shirt, this procedure sure is demanding:)

Thank u, dr salama is good and transforms girls beautifully. Just make sure u ask for projection and I'm sure he'll give u as much as he can. He's one of the best giving volume and projection.

Girl you body looks AMAZING!.. When you say waist cincher are meaning something similar to corset waist training?? If so did Dr. salama recommend it. Just curious because I'm having a BBL Soon and didnt know if I'd be able to continue to wear my corset after the BBL surgery!!! Keep up the positive vibes!
Thanks! I still wear the waist clincher, I call it waist trainer because by now I don't have to wear it but I do, so it's more for building shape. Plus around my hip bones it's still a lil numb and aches, but it'll go away. And yes, this is the one dr salama sells in his office. He gets his from lipo express, it's 75$ either you can get it online or at his office, it's the same price. I don't have the exact number of the waist clincer, but I think it's the only style they have if u look it up online. It only covers the waist, no straps. Best wishes on ur new booty, it'll turn out great!

For the most part it's soft. But I still don't sleep on it yet or when I'm at home I don't sit. I'm not sure what more to expect as far as softening goes, it's still firm and may have a lil more the heal but it's pretty much 100% I haven't tried to run or anything so I don't know if I'm completely normal yet. Dr salama told me at 6 months most everything should be healed so I may just have a lil more to go.

Pics

Added some more revealing pics of my new baby ;) the only thing I wanted to add was about scaring. If anyone has issues with scars after around 6weeks or when they all heal, u can go to the dermatologist and get cortisone shots for the scar tissue. There is one scar on my side that's dark, I had shots in it a few weeks ago and have to go back in one more time in a few weeks. I'm prone to getting bad scar tissue and it's not the first time I've had to get these shots for scars. But just a thought if anyone out there also doesn't scar well. The cortisone shots work very good, but take months for the scar to completely fade.

Godt damn, salama is very expensive but the buns he gives most of the time is definitely worth the sacrifice to get the money... i am just drooling looking at your pic. Your projection is fire! I want, i want, i want. lol.
Yeah he is, I fortunately got booked when it was around 7k. Thank u girl, I sometimes forget about my booty until I have to be somewhere that I can't show it off. It's so hard to hide, and even hiding it I still get some looks, lol!
