RN in Need of A New Butt. Aventura, FL

I am a registered nurse who recently (11 days ago) had a liposuction and BBL procedure at Elite Plastic Surgery Miami. I am still recovering, so I cannot give an objective opinion on the results of the procedure yet; however, I must speak about the excellent service I received from the office staff. Everyone working at Elite Plastic Surgery Miami office should be made the Poster Children of Customer Service! The service they provided was so outstanding that I give the entire crew a grade of A+! They were all very attentive and professional and answered all of my questions, no matter how many questions I had. In addition, the staff was always welcoming, and was concerned about my comfort and well-being even while I was waiting to be seen by the doctor or by the massage therapist; I was always offered something to drink each time I made an office visit. My experience with Dr. Salama's office staff was truly wonderful, which is very refreshing, compared to the horrible customer service I have received from people at other business entities. They are truly an amazing bunch of workers who consistently portray the epitome of professionalism! Although I did not get to spend much time with Dr. Salama prior to and immediately after the surgical procedure, I must say that what little time I spent with him was worth my while. He has excellent bedside manner, and listens to the concerns of his patients. I would definitely recommend Elite Plastic Surgery Miami to anyone who needs to have an elective procedure done.
