Worst Experience of my Life - Aventura, FL

After I had my baby I was ready to finally do my bbl was on this site reading everybody's experiences and I went with Dr. Salama. I had a few other plastic surgeries done they all went ok so never thought something could go wrong, but wow was I wrong. The night after surgery I was bleeding more than normal I filled up a large bottle of Gatorade with dark blood and when we called doc they said come in first thing in the morning surprised I didn't die that night. As soon as I went in they hooked me to an IV and thought that was gonna solve the problem they told me I lost a lot of blood during surgery more than normal. So I was told to just drink and eat a lot, as the days were going on i was feeling worse my head felt like it was gonna explode and my heart beat was so loud and fast I could hear my heart pumping it was the scariest feeling and I would be scared to sleep because I thought i wouldn't wake up again. My husband and cousin came down and took more care of me but I wasn't recovering so I decided to fly home. Once I got back i was just in bed and felt like I would just faint if I stood up. Meanwhile I was in contact with Dr. Salama he kept telling me i would get better. I ended up going to the ER and they told me if I didn't come in i would have ended up with organ failure or cardiac arrest. Hearing that was so sad and scary because my son was with my mom and I missed him so much and just wanted to feel better well I had to get hospitalised and get a blood transfusion. My hemoglobin level had dropped from 12 to 5. I am mad I wasn't send to the hospital in Florida right away the doc should have known better. So after 6 weeks my butt kept going down and my incisions were looking bad and I had lumps and bumps and all this ugly unevenness on my butt. Every time I send pics they told me to come back In. I wasn't gonna fly back out there and see someone I didn't trust anymore. Dr. Salama told me it was fat necrosis and my butt kept going down. After 3 months my butt was where I had started pre surgery but UGLY with bumps. I'm writing this review now a year later because the whole experience was so traumatising to me and I didn't want to look back and remember the details. This whole procedure ended up costing me over $20.000 and I have nothing to show for it. Paying my loan and hospital bills til this day and soooo unhappy with my body. When i asked for my money back nobody in the office was willing to email or call me back. Where as before they were all so nice and helpful. Nancy, Yesenia and Nomie. I finally got a letter from their lawyer saying I signed the papers knowing the risks and I can't get any money back. Well I did sign my life away so nothing I can do. Did I ever think I would end up like this or all this stuff was gonna happen to me? Hell no, I would think twice about going to him. I wish I could go back in time and would have paid more money and went with another doctor. Make sure your doc has malpractice insurance because if he doesn't like Dr. Salama they will not take responsibility for their wrongdoing or give you any compensation or money back or even answer. My incisions under my butt look like nipples they are huge and dark and I'm going to get them fixed in a few weeks. I had lipo done before with another doc and my incisions do not show at all. I don't understand how so many things went wrong for me? I had a very bad feeling when I was signing the papers the day before surgery but I thought I'm here now paid so much money and made so many arrangements, can't turn back now.
