10 days post op

Hi dolls. Just updating you with some pics. This is me 10 days post op. So far, I am happy and hope the results stay and eventually fluff

3 days post op

Hey ladies. So I am 3 days post op. And I gotta tell ya, I feel sooooooo much better than my 1st bbl. i don’t know if it’s from the cell saver or what , but I feel great. I still gotta take my pain meds every 4 hours, but probably by tommorrow or Saturday,I will switch to Tylenol. So, I feel I need to address some things that I went through since I got here, some positives and negatives. Positives first, the receptionists/ladies at the office where they do the massages, they are super sweet and helpful. Also, I loved Dr. Salamas vibe. He was funny, very nice but also very realistic about my results. Obviously with all the scar tissue I had, he knew my case would be difficult. My results, so far, are awesome. My stomach is flat flat, waist is tiny.....I can’t really turn around and see my butt yet, but from taking a picture laying down it looks a lot fuller. Now for the negatives......I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated and mad I was that Dr. Salama was not meeting with me the day before surgery(pre op). I think when you have out of town patients, and also patients with a lengthy surgery history, it’s very important for you to meet them at pre op. I just thought that was really unprofessional. Also, the day of my surgery.....it felt very rushed. I woke up with a catheter in me,which I was never told prior that would happen.also, I had a nurse who obviously could give two [RS bleep] about me. She was on her phone, and rushing to put my clothes on....does she not realize that I just had surgery?!!?? I threw up and she walked away for a couple minutes. I even had to ask her for crackers. I was not a fan of the nurses at all.i have my first massage tommorrow. I hope that I have a better experience there

Tommorrow is the day.!!

Tommorrow is the day!! My surgery is at 12, but the said I might be able to go earlier. I’m excited and nervous. I just want this over and done with

With this process I definitely had some pros and cons. I think I should first start with the pros...first and foremost, Dr. Salama was awesome. I appreciated his forwardness and to not give me false hope. He also was very funny. Also, his receptionists Kayla Nancy and the women at that office were gems and very sweet and helpful and were very attentive when I had questions. Now the cons...what really got under my skin was that I did not see Dr. Salama at pre op. I met with a woman named nomie( who was also very sweet). I had a vast surgical history, with my silicone removal, so I felt that it was very important that I saw the dr before my surgery. Also, I am an out of state patient, so I just thought that was very very weird. Second thing I didn’t like was the day of surgery, I felt everything was very rushed. I was by myself and was nervous, and it seemed some of the people didn’t take that into consideration. When I woke up, my “nurse” was all over the place. Since I have had a bbl before, I know the process of waking up and how you feel. She jerked me around, pulled a catheter out of me without any warning ( I didn’t even know one was even inside of me), and put my clothes on me jerking me around while she was on her phone. She put me in a wheel chair, and I told her I was going to throw up. She grabbed me a bowl, and I did. Then she walks away!!! In my head, I am like are you serious??? I had to ask her for some crackers or something, which she did get. So that was my negative experience with that. The ladies who do the massages were awesome and very caring. When I was venting to her about the nurse, she told me that they weren’t even nurses....so I dunno. When it comes to my results, I am happy. In my situation, you cannot expect great results from all the scar tissue I have. But Dr. Salama did a great job with the task he was given. I hope the results stay, because I really don’t want to have to do a 3rd bbl.
