6 weeks today

Well I can say that the swelling is down, finally not wearing my arm compression sleeves any more. I'm wearing my garment here and there, I actually like wearing it, believe it or not. I was faithful to my lymphatic drainage massages, man, my massage therapist kicks ass in those things. Mind you, arm lipo hurts, I could barely move my arms and they were so sensitive to touch. She worked on them one time and I was able to move them a lot more. Arm lipo is the worst, well I should say any aggressive lipo hurts. I'm laying on my sides now and I've tried laying on my back, but it hurts too much, feels like someone is giving me an Indian burn all over my back. I know in due time, I'll be 100% better. Here's a few pics of me now. Slowly going to start working out soon.

Recovering Just Fine

Hello dolls, sorry it's been awhile. 3 weeks post op this past Monday. I have quite a few pics to post, but make sure you read the captions on them as I explain them. At 1st I was like "I see no difference", but comparing pics, there's definitely a difference. Let me start by saying that I totally forgot the feeling of lipo recovery, well aggressive lipo that is. Salama went to town with that cannula. The feeling is ugly afterwards. You have all kinds of sensations.... burning feeling, soreness, itching like a [RS bleep], all kinds. I lived on Benadryl for the 1st 2 weeks. I also lived on Arnica. I finally realized that my garment is too loose. I jumped on Lipo Express website to see how much they were and they're $120. Less then what Salama's office wanted, they wanted $140 plus shipping, nah, I'm cool. So instead, I started using my squeem vest. Then forgot we had a faja store here and went this past week and bought a new faja, looks hella small and told the chick it wouldn't fit... Ha, who was I kidding? She reminded me of the nurses there in his office and squeezed me in and sure enough, it fit. Then I bought a new waist cincher vest because the wire in my squeem is starting to poke out and poke me... ouch, right in my lipo sensitive spot. I love these 2 I got because they have 3 rows of clasps. I hope I shrink some more, but I'm realizing that I'm a thick girl. I'm so broad chested and arms too, I have a decent size waist now thanks to Salama, but that means I can't gain a single pound at all. I refuse to gain fat. I refuse anymore surgery. Ha, I say that now, but not sure. Wearing the garment and cincher when my garment is hang drying, my appetite is little. Not like my tuck where I had no appetite and had to drink cold pressed juices to recover with vitamins and nutrients. I love these fajas from this store because they're straight from Columbia and they say not to wash them in the washer and do not put in dryer. Get this... You hand wash the private area with detergent and let it hang dry. So when you get to the last clasp and if it's loose on you a tad, stick it in the bag it came with and put it in the fridge or freezer for an hour to make it shrink. Crazy. Never owned a faja before.
Anyways, the recovering is good. Just sleeping on my stomach is getting way old for me. I wake up with headaches every damn day from it. Starting to sit on a pillow wherever I go now, but not for a long time. I laid on my side this morning and ouch, the burning sensation I get in my back is crazy. My arms still hurt but not as bad. I'm still faithful to my arm compression sleeves which I hate!!
Been getting lymphatic massages ever since surgery, once a week and this lady is AMAZING at what she does. She does a true lymphatic massage and then she goes into the massaging out the sore tight burning areas. Yesterday I told her upper arms and upper side since they're the worst now. She did her thing. Once you get a true and I mean a true lymphatic massage, you'll be peeing so much and even taking sh*ts, sorry for tmi but it's true. Each time and she says because my body is still filled with all those toxins and has to be released somehow. My arms are lot looser now. So I highly recommend lymphatic drainage massages for you all. They get pricey after awhile but damn they're so good for post op surgery. Read on them and you'll see.
Also, I'm still taking Arnica. I just started my cbd oil again.
Other than that... I'm doing pretty good. So I guess I'll post some pics now. Just make sure to read the captions.
So.. as you may know, I've had 4 surgeries total. One I regret because the 1st tuck Dr messed me up. The other 3 were done by Salama and wouldn't go anywhere else from now on. Only Salama!!

My journey this time around....

Ok, I'm so sorry I'm not keeping up on here. Been so busy and sleepy. Anyways, this procedure was a piece of cake for me, but have to admit, has me in a slump to be honest. Why? Well I feel like a freakin Michelin tire man with how much swelling there is. He lipoed my entire back and also my arms. My arms look awful, so purple. Here's a few pics of me. Mind you, I feel huge. I know I don't wanna lose weight, but I am in the stage of wanting to hit the gym already and lift weights. I feel fat and it sucks. I have to remind myself it's all swelling and I'm not even a whole week post op. The next day after surgery, I got my bandage removed and got my compression arm sleeves which is the worst when it's super hot this time of year, also got some foam. Oh, I was super happy when I asked Salama if he does the butt in or butt out garments and he said butt in which I was super happy hearing that. I hated the butt out! The rest of the days, I chilled in the condo with my hubby and ate super healthy and went to our 2 favorite cold pressed juice spots that are near Salama's office. Those cold pressed organic juices were a life saver since they're full of veggies and fruits. I highly recommend going to RAW JÚCE and RAW REPUBLIC, trust me, they're amazing. I lived there also when I had my mommy makeover. My appetite has disappeared again, but I know I had to eat small while taking the pain pills which I hardly took. It was nothing like the mommy makeover. The revision is a breeze compared to that. One day my husband had the urge to just get up and go somewhere. He threw a pillow in the backseat for me so I could lay down. Mind you... I'm in freakin layers. I have the garment, a shirt under it, compression socks on and compression sleeves on that are black. I'm also wearing black yoga pants and my all star Adidas. Seems like I'm dressed for 30 degree weather and in reality, it's freakin high 90s and so humid in. This husband of mine drives us to The Florida Keys... Yes, The Florida Keys. Crazy. Have to admit though, I'm glad he did, I enjoyed it a lot. When we got back to the condo, went straight to sleep. I hate sleeping only on my stomach, it sucks. Well then Friday was my 1st massage and man oh man did that hurt like a [RS bleep]. I mean to begin with, my back is just so sensitive after lipo. Well Celia worked her magic like always. Oh yeah... I had no drains either so that also was a plus!! She switched me into a stage 2 garment and switched my compression sleeves also to a smaller size. The sleeves suck, but gotta follow the regimen. I just want it to be 6 weeks post op already. Well here's some pics of me. Don't mind how swollen I am. You'll see how black and blue one of my arms is, well both of them are like that. Don't mind my tummy tuck scar either. I'll keep you updated as much as I can. Sorry for taking my sweet time with posting. Oh yeah... I'm definitely happy how he shaped my butt and he also gave me hips. I finally have hips!!! Sorry for rambling on and on. I'll keep you all posted throughout this healing process.
