1 year bbl update- so happy!!!!

Hi ladies! It's been a year since my bbl and I couldn't be any happier. I ended up losing all the weight I gained for my surgery over the last year (I started at 115lb, gained ~20lbs for surgery, and now I'm back to 115lbs). I was worried I wouldn't have a booty after losing all the weight but I defintely do.
I get so many compliments on my butt and my boyfriend can't keep his hands off of it. This surgery really will make your sex life way better (and mine was already good). I love dancing and now my butt just jiggles like crazy when I shake it lol. I have no lumps and my scars are mostly gone. Dr Salama is amazing! The best thing is my butt looks juicy but natural.
So for all you skinny girls like me that want a big booty but are worried about losing it- this surgery really does work! I highly recommend a bbl and Dr Salama to anyone who wants to make their body a 10 ;)

6 weeks post-op
Hi ladies! I'm feeling good and I'm very happy with my results so far. I only wish that I had a little more projection but I think the doc had to use a lot of my fat to fill in the hollow areas on each side of my butt. Nonetheless, my butt is still big for my small 5'3 frame.
I still have swelling in my booty but it's getting a lot softer recently. Yesterday I was running late and sprinting up stairs and my butt was jiggling everywhere. It was bouncing so hard I was scared I was killing fat lol. My stomach and back are soft as well but my sides are still a little hard so I think I still have some swelling there. I want a smaller waist so I'm going to start waist training in a couple weeks. i hope you ladies like the pics :)

Thanks! I'm feeling great. Other than having to wear this awful garment, I feel normal. I'm still sleeping on my stomach because it's comfortable now. I bought this extra-long body pillow that I straddle with my whole body so I don't have any back pain.
My booty has gotten smaller as the swelling goes down. But it looked ridiculous before and now it's starting to look more natural. I'm going to buy a butt-in garment from MariaE to help reduce the swelling and I'll post a review on it.

Loving my body!
Hi ladies! I'm at 1 month post-op, yay! and feeling pretty good. I'm feeling about 80% normal. I'm still a bit stiff and swollen. I think the reason I'm still swollen so much is because my garment is too loose. After surgery, they gave me a size large garment and XS corset. Even with all the foams and board on I can still put the corset over the garment. So keep that in mind ladies, stay as compressed as possible!
I got sick a week ago and it kicked my butt. I went from feeling strong to feeling as weak as I did the day after surgery. On top of that, I had to start back at work and my job is very demanding. If you have to work, I suggest buying the bbl pillow. It's not the easiest to drive with but it works. And it's easy to use on harder surfaces.
I'm happy with my results so far. I only wish my hips had not gone down so much but my butt it still big for my size. I've gotten lucky- no dents or lumps but I'm also following all the post-op instructions. I do have some hyper pigmentation on my stomach and sides but it's common and should go away in a few months or so. That isn't dr Salama's fault but just my bodies reaction to liposuction nbd.

Usually the dimples and dents show up 3-6 months post up IF they do come but if you didnt have them before the surgery then u might not have to worry. Anyways your body is great and Im amazed how he manage to take out so much fat on a petite patient. Salama is really an artist.
Thanks! I wasn't clear in my post- I do have dimples :( but it's from the cellulite I had before surgery. And I also have 2 small dents at the bottom of my booty from before but I expected that.

Hun the reason i told u this is because the butt continue to change until up to a a year. I had two small in dents before surgery and they were "gone" until i was 6 months post up i notice they still existed lol im happy with my new shape tho its a great improvement but im telling you the booty continues to change more or less until 6-10 months post op so dont let the small changes bother u if its happen coz its a part of the healing. Once ur 6-10 months post op ur pretty much "safe". Keep updating us until ur final reslut. Salama girls are happy with the result 99% of the time. Its safe to say u have one of the best butt doctors ;)

I was one of those unfortunate who did get cellulite and two big dents one each butt after bbl. I'm 3.5 months post and I'm fighting with my dr now about him causing the cellulite, I didn't have before and it's because of the aggressive lipo it's caused by the cannula and he broke the bands in my fascia. I'm also fighting a lipo revision due to a lumpy stomach that is caused from missing fat he must not of checked his work! The mumps is also caused by scar tissue from the cannula something a garment won't fix or correct I was told it's common with lipo and nothing you can do

You're Doctor sounds like he sucks. Dr Salama's recommendations are completely different from his. He tells us to keep the garment on for at least 6 months because it reduces swelling which can lead to lump formation. This is because the swelling contains immune cells that heal the body by forming scar tissue. Some is normal but long term swelling leads to more and more scar tissue which appear as lumps under the skin. Plus my doc makes us use a heating pad and deep massage ourself daily for a year to help get rid of those lumps. I can't believe your doc didn't tell you any of this :(
Leaving fat behind is completely the docs fault and he should fix that for free. I think there is a shot or something that dissolves fat. Also I can't believe he didn't take your back fat, that's paramount for good results!
