feel so bad still
Mornings are the worst. I don't mind that I'm stiff or sore. It's that I wake up with the worst nausea feels like week one nausea. I can barely stomach anything down right now. I'm worried too cus I start work Monday. Any other girls still feel like this 2 weeks plus post surgery or is something wrong with me?

Yes is normal ;( I m on week 5 1/2 and just started to feel normal again . Hang in there . Just make sure u eat well , drink liquids and take your vitamins . Good luck .
Thanks... I'm just so over feeling like this. But on the bright side I have no fever but this sure takes a toll on u in every aspect.

I am not that far ahead of you. I hit 3 weeks tomorrow. What garment did Salama use on you? Did they have to cut the holes open more? One of your pics it looked like it was ripped? Just asking because I hate the marena garments that my doc gave me. I am soooo over them!
Thank u! Yes I got the butt out garmet but they cut it cus it was to tight on booty. I have just been using an abdominal binder I'm shopping for a new garment.
Oh forgot to tell you. Go to a health food store (not gnc) and they sell whole food blood pills. Forget the name. It isn't made like the iron from rock. This is made from food and you can take with or without food. They are great.

I was looking into buying the contour md bbl garment. I just cannot stand the thong part. I was thinking of buying a squeem or cincher to put over the garment too for more compression. I will be 2 weeks post this Friday. Thanks ladies.

bre, I'm so glad you're feeling better. I'm just stopping by for moral support because I'm looking for the right garments that don't compress your bbl and has great torso compress, and can't find them either. I completely hear you on the garment, especially the lipoexpress butt out garment. It has great compression which is extremely important, but I can't take that fabric in between my legs and on my back incision.
Thank you! I think lipoexpress has a butt in garment but that may compress ur New fat too much that's antic was thinking of buying the contour md bbl garment but it's quite expensive and I haven't seen many realself ladies endorse them.
