Dr.Salama is the best. He is caring, honest, kind, and very upfront about what to expect I was very nervous because I thought I wasn't going to see any results but he immediately put me at ease and asked me exactly what my main concern was. I told him my main issues were my back fat and love handles he told me not to worry that I will look great that his lipo was very aggressive I also told him I didn't want a huge booty that looks fake and exaggerated lol. Ladies you must talk with him about what results you are wanting and he will give you what you want if its in his hands an if is a realistic result lol. I have recommended him to a few ladies I know and will recommend him to anyone looking for a cosmetic procedure. I'm so happy with my results and my choice in doctor. Also the staff was great their extremely knowledgable, reassuring and constantly reminded me to call if I had any questions.

Bbl pillow

Ladies here's a pic of me sitting on bbl pillow my booty is not touching the surface and it's very comfy to sit on. This is a life saver for car rides plane ride and work I wish I had bought it before surgery because it would have made recovery much easier. After surgery the booty is super hard and sore so sitting on it even on boppy pillow is uncomfortable I even had a rolled yoga mat but after a while it flattens. I had a hard time eating going on car rides even waiting during follow ups without sitting so the bbl pillow would have been great to have before I had surgery

Booty update

Hi ladies here's the booty in jeans and sweat pants. Salama is amazing I've lost weight an booty still the same I also do lots of sitting for work and driving and my butt looks the same I use my bbl pillow but not as much as I used to

what's ur height, measurements & size jeans you wear plz?
Iam 5 feet tall I weight 178 was 186 after bbl my jeans are size 9-11 depends on brand and streach those Ian wearing in pic are Charlotte Russe size 9 very stretchy there jeans are great for big bootys lol I haven't measured myself in a while but these were my last measurements

Waist 31
