I'm 8 months post op and I wasn't able to post 6 month post op. Here it goes. I am absolutely so happy to have my body back after 2 kids. The thought of doing the surgery was terrifying, I prayed hard that I come back to my kids.
Dr. Salama hands down made me happy with my results. I don't need a round 2 but I'd get it again with him and his team if I decided to do it all over again.

Hello everyone,
I have searched for 10 years on the perfect doctor for my bbl and let me tell you I've interviewed more than 40 different surgeons from all around the world. I have also checked before and after pictures, results so on and so forth. I even considered a Dr. in Dominican republic and I'm glad i didn't have to because there were too many horror stories. I finally found a doctor who accommodated my wishes right here in the U.S. Dr.Salama and his team are absolutely amazing! The Doctor was very professional and took his time answering any questions, comments and concerns I had, he told me what to expect, explained what he would do to help my wish pictures come to life as much as he can, did he promise me exact results of my wish pictures? No, in fact I got better than my wish pictures and I LOVE my new look. Dr. Salama made it very clear that the wish pictures I wanted would not come out as i anticipated, however he blew me away because I feel as though he did way better than the wish pictures. I am still in the process of healing.

Damn girl! Looking bootyful! I'm so glad you're happy with your results! I've finally decided on Dr. Salama for my BBL after considering many doctors! I've also considered doctors in the Dominican Republic but I rather get my surgery done and recovery in the US if anything did happen! Did you travel for your surgery? I will be flying in from California! I'm excited!! :)
Yes, please stay in the U.S. I've known a few personally who died going there for sugery, it's not safe. I have always been anemic and the doctor made sure my levels were high enough and also said he'd limit the lipo areas if he saw that my levels drop. Salama did an amazing job, I'm glad I picked him, he gave me DR results w.o. having to actually travel there and risking my life.
Yes I did travel from NYC I stayed in diplomat resort and margaritaville resort because my fiancé was with me.
Thanks for the reassurance! I kept wanting to go to the Dominican Republic... But why if there's a doc that can sculpt your body just as much AND here in the U.S.?! I agree with you! Glad all went well with your surgery! Makes me feel so much better about scheduling Mine! I'm going to try to talk my hubby into coming with me lol. Were those resorts close by? After your surgery did someone come pick you up?

It can be, but just know you'll be in crazy pain sweety, as long as you can handle it that's what matters. It's different with me cause of my sickle cell trait so I decided I'd do tummy tuck another time. I'm a mother of 2 and I'm 29.
Yes of course you got to wait I'm 35 three kids all csections I'm ready girl can't wait to see your tt and your booty is amazing I'm following you hope your feeling good also
I'm feeling better than before. I had 2 csections before and let me tell you, I think bbl hurt more. Ahh but it was worth it.
Those 2 resorts are 5 min away from sugery sight and 20 min from the main office.

Omg it hurts worse than a c section? Idk what THAT feels like but omg, you're scaring me lol. My surgery is this Friday!!
I'm sorry kkbooty that comment was for someone else. Don't feel afraid it's manageable with the pain meds.

It does hurt though, but maybe for you, it's a different experience. For me it was worse than the 2 csections I had.
Sorry to ask . Did you get any burn marks on your skin?
No, I didn't. I thought I would cause he did aggressive lipo to my back side but surprisingly I have 0 burn marks. Tomorrow I'll see if I can take a picture of my back so you can see there's no burn marks. Can you get burn marks? Absolutely,but I didn't.

I stood in the diplomat at first and then checked into margaritaville 3 days after post op. I had to do it that way cause staying in the diplomat became very expensive vs margaritaville resort. The 2 are located in Hollywood fl which by the way was beautiful but I heard the area is not so great, it didn't matter cause we were in the room or within the resort areas. 10 days we stood in fl.
