The first time I met Dr. Salama was right before surgery. He was extremely knowledgable and professional while I was standing there in pre op attire. He told me exactly what was possible from my expectations. We exchanged conversation about other things he googled some silly non surgical things we were chatting about and then it was time to knock me out and get down to business.

First few days after surgery

I woke up from surgery shaking having to pee. I had a catheter in. The nurse was right there by my side. I got wheeled out to the car. It was late and dark outside. I laid down in the back seat. Car ride was smooth dispite leaking all over that seat in that rental car (I'll never look at a rental car the same). It was about 9pm when I got back to the Airbnb place. I had energy and did not feel as bad as I was expecting. I was starving and extremely thirsty. I took my meds and ate a regular meal. I alternated between a ton of bottled waters and bottles of Gatorade. I got up to pee every hour or two. Definetly helped to sit some water right before getting up slowly to prevent getting dizzy or nauseous. My throat and mouth hurt from the tube and I must've bit my tongue or something. Popsicles were my life for the first couple days. I alternated my weight between my sides and flat on my stomach but not completely on my sides like on my pelvic bone. The pain pills and boredom had me in and out of sleep for the first few days. I knew how important it was to get up every few hours and walk. I tried every pillow in the house for my neck and body to lay on. My neck and lower back were killing me! I kept heating up rice in a sock (it stays hotter longer) to keep on my neck. My huge boobs don't make it easy for me to lay on my stomach. I bought a big "U" pregnancy pillow when I got home but wished I had it from day1 it would've sucked to have traveled with it thou. My ass seriously didn't hurt I didn't feel any pain. The lipo is what really hurt. No way did I even want to try and find something to wear to cover drain bags and garment let alone put a bra on and go outside. I just layed with a tank top on and ass out. The cheap robe from Walmart was great to have to go to and from the doctors office and surgery center also to cover up at home. Taking the garment off to wash it while I shower took awhile to get over my hips. I needed help to take it off and put it on the whole first week. The drains hooked right on the shower curtain which was great. I got my first massage on Thursday afternoon had surgery Monday night. The room smelled good a candle was lit. I'm sure it can get funky in there. Thank god my friend that had surgery the Friday before mine told me to take 2 pain pills. I literally wanted to cry it still hurt so bad! Even the one I got 7days post op hurt! The girls massage patients back to back. She was fast despite the discomfort it has to be done. They both knew the areas the doctor was aggressive on. I was talking to them to try and take my mind of how much it hurt to be touched on my sides and few other areas. I got my second garment that day along with the foam. I definetly did not enjoy those first 3/4days. I didn't have much of an appetite so I made myself eat what I could. I was still thirsty and kept liquids in me. I started to look anemic. I still hadn't used the bathroom to poop. I didn't feel any discomfort from no going just knew it had been about 4days. I warmed up 3oz of nasty prune juice and took it like a shot. It didn't take more than 20 mins to work then 20more on the toilet. This was painful. Colace pills didn't help me at all. I personally was to scared of trying all the other stuff out there because I didn't want it to run through me because it was already tuff to take the garment off. I had to drink it everyday. I put my garment in the washer and showered. All the tricks I learned after those first few ruff days I'll share on my next update.

Looking good hun see if you can have someone record your massage so you can have it duplicated when you get home
Girl your waist is so damn small I'm in love. You look to good. And them boobs big to match just perfect. How are you feeling.
Thank u! I'm happy with my shape. I'm still swollen. I feel practically back to normal. My sides feel really tight still. Later this year I'm going to get a lift and a lil smaller implant. My boobs are way to heavy!
You look great!!! Do you apply the arnica gel all over even the buttocks area. And how long does the top of the cheek stay swollen like that. Wouldn't want my ass forming that way bc of the fajaj....looks like wings lol
I asked for a shelf type shape so I hope it doesn't go away! I used Arnica gel all over every bruised area on my body then used the arnicare cream which really helped pull the garment up and keep my skin moisturized.
Measurements?
