Dr salama was the obvious choice for my bbl after seeing so many amazing reviews and pictures . I am travelling all the way from england for this procedure and plan to stay for a lil while. I literally cannot wait ! I want lots of projection and I have seen he gives the best results for what I want! I want a coco sort of body! I was originally goin to go with mendieta but no one ever got back to me! Dr salamas office were so friendly and happy to help and were emailing me back very rapidly about any concerns I had reguarding this procedure! I have tried vaser lypo in the uk and a fat graft to butt it really was a waste of money as the procedure is not so popular in the uk and they do not want to give you the look dr salama gives u as they say "ohhh ul look silly" errmmm I look silly with a small butt darling haha! I just know dr salama is going to make me a very happy girly! I need a ghetto booty and I definately will not get one in the uk hah! I have looked at other surgeons reviews and photos but I think dr salama is the best one for givin amazing shape and projection !

hi ghettobootyneeded at least u had vaser before n u are familiar with healing process :) i am schedule for July my birthday yayyy! i am excited and scare at the same time its like when ur preparin for birth well at least that was the scariest i have gone through lol...i am very decided that i will go with dr. salama i did research and here in chicago is not feedin my needs. i am flatt so i hope i can at least get some butt it wont b big how i wish but since they go from how much fat u got ...and how are u feeling? excited
I'm really really excited I look at pictures of like coco and video girls all of the time! I mean iv got an improvement but not the sexy shape I wanted and when I questioned doctor after surgery he's like I can't do anymore for you so basically just took my money and ran would never reccomend vaser at all its poor! Dr salama gives the shape I dream of and everyone he's been with is really pleased ! Oooh july your birthday so you a cancerian? You will defo get butt from dr salama iv seen the pics! My fat graft was tiny not even much difference ! You get used to not sitting down! And yeah its. Kinda like childbirth u forget the pain and stuff after! Its not as bad as people say it is and trust me I am a wimp ! Xx
LOL! what dr did u say u went to? and that's very poor of him saying i cant do much for u...i mean dr. salama takes all the fat off u and makes u the smallest waist i seen on other pics...he puts the right volume where its most needed! =) and yep am cancerian! when is ur birth? and i hope reallly really hope i get good results thanks for making me feel better im glad i found someone like u to cheer me up about the healing process i know we will make it through
