45 year old mom of 1 with two prior tummy tucks, prior liposuction, weight loss surgery and not a lot of fat. As such, I went in realistic and not expecting perfection. It is only 4 but I am blown away by the results Dr. Salama has give me thus far. Tummy is tight and the liposuction is very even. Butt is round and even and looks perfect. My botched tummy tuck scar (which was my main priority for surgery) is 100% fixed. Double chin is GONE. Not going to lie...the surgery is painful and first few days of recovery were rough but the results are well worth it! I have not had one single complication thus far. Dr. Salama listened to my concerns and heard how I wanted my body to look and then he gave me realistic expectations and delivered exactly what he said he would. He's an unbelievable surgeon and I will travel to Miami to see him for all future surgeries. Bonus: his office ladies are excellent, intelligent, kind, caring women who are living examples of his great work. You get to see their amazing results beforehand which gives you even more peace of mind that you chose the right doctor. Thank you Dr. Salama and Dr. Sergio (anesthesiologist don't know his last name but he was awesome) and staff for giving me a new and improved version of myself!!!!!

any pictures please
Only 4 days out and still recovering but I promise I will upload some. Pictures tell a way better story, I know.
Thanks for starting a review and for adding pics and updates. Please keep us posted on the rest of your healing.
I am also looking to schedule BBL and TT on the same day but so many people are trying to talk me out if it. I am a WLS patient as well and ready for a body that I love. Was it painful having both procedures done same day?
I didn't have a full tummy tuck done at the same time as my BBL...Dr. Salama only revised about a 3-4 inch section of my existing tummy tuck scar so it was not anywhere near as extensive as a tummy tuck. Me, personally, would not be strong enough mentally or physically to recover from both tummy tuck and BBL at the same time. Plus, I think most doctors prefer NOT to do them at the same time (Dr. Salama included) but they will on occasion if the patient is adamant about it and they feel like the patient is a good candidate for having both done st the same time. Some patients are...some patients are not. Dr. Salama did very aggressive vaser lipo on my entire trunk and arms and it hurt like hell!!!! I'm 21 days out and it STILL hurts like hell BUT I LOVE HIS GUTS HE'S A GENIUS I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE MY RESULTS!!!!!!!!
Everyone is different...you just have to know your own limits and mentally prepare yourself ahead of time for the recovery process. It's gonna be a good month before you truly feel like it is going to be ok...at least I do. Good luck!!!!!!
