6 weeks!
$9,000
Sorry for the scary edit to remove my face, lol! 6 weeks out. Booty is measuring pretty much the same as it was 2 weeks after sometimes 40.5 inches and sometimes closer to 41. Right cheek is a bit smaller and always has been.

Update
It's not perfect, but I am happy with the changes and I hope I don't loose anymore booty! I have a lot more in the hip department than you can see in the pics. Stats are just under 27 in waist and just under 41 in hips

You look great!! I go for my revision on Monday and I'm nervous to be honest and this is my 4th surgery. Crazy right?!?! Lol.
4th bbl?! Or just 4th surgery in general? Good luck!
Hahahaha. No, not 4th bbl. Just surgery in general.
Aw ok. I get it. It is honestly pretty addicting to me. I would get more if I could afford it!
I've had two surgeries and I think I was more nervous for the second because I knew more about the pain and nausea afterwards!
The bbl 4 yrs ago was bad for me. The tummy tuck i did a few yrs back was a breeze because the Dr did a half ass job. Salama fixed me up in Nov and now to finish it off is a revision (bbl).
Bad recovery or bad job? This bbl was harder than my first for sure. I was so nauseous, weak and uncomfortable, that I was seriously considering why I did it. It only lasted a week though. Definitely took me the full 2 weeks to feel back to almost normal.
Oh.. the 1st bbl was a bad recovery, I was such a baby in so much pain. Yeah right, the mommy makeover was way worse. This last tummy tuck done in November made me full of regret. Can't complain now though. It's all good.
You look great!!! I go in a month I hope he
Can fix me up :) your booty looks great! I'm trying to lose 5lbs before surgery bc I'm heavier than normal.. just trying to make sure when I have this revision I come out super FINE lol
My booty is finally softening and dropping so it looks more natural. It is crazy how it seems to just get smaller and smaller even if the measurement is the same. I just want more and more now!
You look amazing! I've got booty envy girl lol. Can I ask how tall you are and how much you weigh? I feel like we have a very similar build, both very slender to start. I'm 5'4' and 115 lbs and am a little worried that they won't be able to get enough fat from me
Thank you! I will post some more recent pictures as it looks a little different now. 115 lbs at 5 ft 4 in is thin. I would say you may need to gain 20 lbs. You want as much fat for them to work with as possible. I was 145 before surgery. I do a lot of weight lifting so that's why I don't look that heavy. You also tend to loose some fat the first week after surgery because it is so hard to eat so you need that extra. I've seen some doctors do 500 cc fat transfers and that just isn't enough to have lasting result. You really need closer to 1000 ccs or more depending on how big you want. I would have ideally liked to have more fat for him to work with, but I didn't want my boobs to get any bigger. I put a lot of fat there when I gain.
Thank you for your reply love! I would love to see your new pictures! I have chrons disease and my weight is always fluctuating. Right now I am at one of my lowest weights ever. I am off and on steroids and I'm hoping that I could get some steroids prescribed before my surgery so that it will be easy to gain weight ( I turn into a giant balloon) lol. Thank you so much for your tips. If I am going to be spending all of this money, I NEED a long lasting result. I'm afraid that because I have a fast metabolism that when I do get the BBL that it will just totally disappear. I have gotten into weight lifting within the past few months and really enjoy it, i'm trying to build my booty and want to continue working on that after my surgery without losing booty volume. Have you been able to workout regularly after the surgery is there anything you avoid or do differently? Thank you so much girl. I appreciate your help so much. Also, I put your fine booty on my wish board lol I hope that is okay! xoxo
Aw ok. Yes, I would imagine it could be difficult to gain in your case. Definitely make sure you choose your doctor well. My first bbl was done by a great surgeon but he really didn't have much experience with larger bbls. I wasted a lot of my precious fat with him! If I had the guts, I would have gone to Cabral in DR. Check out his instagram. His before and after are jaw dropping. I went with Salama because I thought his booties were some of the most extreme in the US, but in the DR it is on a whole different level! The good thing with a bbl is that it changes your shape, so if you loose weight everything will get smaller but you will still have that shape. I started working out very lightly 3-4 weeks after. No squats/lunges or anything with my glutes. 5 weeks out I started back with most of my glute exercises. Basically if it is uncomfortable, don't do an exercise. I still can't do wide squats or sumo dead lifts as it squeezes the hip fat he added. I definitely can't run as it is very uncomfortable because the booty jiggles and it is still sore. I am exactly 6 weeks out and have just begun sitting on it for very short periods of time. Before I had my bbls I was able to build a good amount of booty with just weight lifting. You won't be able to gain much in the hip department though. I am flattered you are using my pic! Of course you are welcome to use it!
Thank you so much for your advice. I have been researching board certified surgeons for what seems like forever now. It's so frustrating to find the right doctor, I feel like as soon as I think I am set on a doctor, I then hear a horror story about them and end up at square one again. I couldn't agree with you more, I thought that Salama's were definitely the most extreme and he is really good with the upside down heart shape. We are totally on the same page, the doctors in the DR are on a whole different level. I have heard about Cabral and love his work! Thanks for recommending his IG page, I just started following and hot damn! My jaw did drop, you were right lol. I also love Durans patients results, they look amazing! I am obviously a bit hesitant to travel so far to get this surgery, as I would be traveling alone and my spanish skills went down the drain. I'm honestly thinking that I will have to get a BBL first, and then butt implants to get the desired shape I want. I just fear that because of my autoimmune disease, I will lose all of the weight that I gained for the surgery and then my butt will disappear.
Girl you make the recovery look like a breeze! I know it is a really tough recovery process. I'm happy to hear that you were able to start working out at 3-4 weeks, that is outstanding! Your body seems like it healed a lot faster than a number of other girls I've followed, do you have any idea why that is? Thank you so much for the workout tips, it sounds like it is really important to just listen to your body and act accordingly. How does your booty feel now? Seriously, thank you so much for your help! All of my love to you sister!

I know, there were a number of Drs I was looking at until I heard some horror stories. Even Salama has a couple bad ones. I had a couple pink, hot spots that I was very concerned about on my butt as that is what an infection starts out like. He gave me some stronger antibiotics, but I actually didn't notice them going away until I started swallowing raw garlic cloves three times a day. I have a friend that got over a bad infection doing that so I thought I woke give it a try. That's honestly what I think made the difference. Yes, Duran also has amazing results. Look up pinupgirlashleymarie on instagram. She went to Duran and made a long YouTube video about it. I think I am recovering pretty quickly because the liposuction I had was not super extreme. The liposuction is the hardest to recover from and if they are removing a ton of fat from one area it is going to take longer to heal. I had a number of areas lipod in order to get the required fat, so it wasn't just a couple areas that the fat was taken from which is how it is usually done. I am definitely not fully healed now. Lipo takes a long time for the tissue to heal. I did not have much swelling though so I didn't even wear my garment past the two week mark. My booty is definitely starting to soften. It was very hard before. It is still sore and there are some hard spots. It doesn't feel great to sit on it either, but that should get better. I am happy to help in any way I can! :-)
Hell I think this is about as close to perfect as you can get!
Aw thank you! ❤
