I've been reading everyone experience about Dr. Salama and i am ready to make a change from sponge bob square pants. I refuse to keep looking like this. I have one child and she's in college so, its time for me to do something for myself. I just don't like that squared look. Anyone who would like to change dates please send me a private mail.
