Dr Yily

Well
It's been well over a year since I had my bbl with the infamous Dr. Yily.
I will say she is a terrific surgeon
But I am still going in for a second round.
Why?
Because I want the picture perfect body.
And in all reality that takes more than one surgery for most.
Only because of my frame pre op.
I had more of a boxy shape and a flat butt.
So I feel as if I am a third of the way done with the body I want to accomplish.
I know most must say ohh to accomplish something you have to work for it!
We'll you know what [RS bleep] em Cus if they could they'd do it too.
I did work for it in a different way I'm paying for it!
Since my surgery hand to god I go anywhere and I mean anywhere everyone, women, men, young, old compliment my bf or me on how gorgeous I look
It ridiculous
One time we even walked around 42nd and counted how many people said something
33 people from 11:30 to 1am to be exact
He was dead
He was crying laughing
Cus some girl was behind me trying to grab my butt and she said it was her bd if she can have a pic with me
I was like [RS bleep] it come on
Anyway on my second round im looking to get a smaller waist, larger hips and a rounder butt.
I do have saggy belly skin due to pregnancy but that's something I can fix in the near future.
No i don't believe I'm a vain person I do find myself concerned about other things besides looks and I do handle those matters before any cosmetic concern!
But I do believe while you're on this earth you should do what makes you happy as long as you're not hurting someone else.
I wouldn't recommend surgery to everybody. I feel you have to be a strong minded person to deal with the criticism that comes along with it.
Everyone is beautiful that is the truth
So if surgery is not for you don't do it just because you feel that's what you should do for someone else
So like I said in the beginning I'm going for a second round
honestly I'm trying to avoid going to the d.r
I am looking to go to my first option 2 1/2 years ago which was mr salama
And my first choice at the moment is dr wilberto Cortes.
I am in love with his work
I was quoted 10 and change
And I was also told to gain about 15 pounds
She said I don't need a second round I looked great but as hard headed as I am I still want it
So I'm still tring to decide
What doctor to decide on
I'm going by
Work
Price and distance
We shall see

Ok so I had my surgery and all I have to say is be very prepared because it really is something else.
The first day my ass looked so freaking huge it looked like basketballs
I'm not sure if I'm used to seeing my self now but I see a difference in size it has gone down
All the nurses were commenting on how extremely small my waist looks and it was only the second day. They were shocked that i was only a day out of surgery. They said "omg you look like a doll your waist looks so tiny and you're still swollen". But in Spanish
My companion was like a little kid at Christmas saying" your ass looks like some nicki Minaj sh*t right now. He was shocked. All the nurses kept asking where did yily find all the fat to do that.
I will really think about posting some befores and afters.
And by the way I was awake during surgery.
Those drugs are some other sh*t.

HOW DRAMATIC IS THE CHANGE IN JEAN SIZE??
usually i am a size 9
but i recently bought a pair of high waisted jeans
they go up because they are really stretchy but they are extremely hard to close and zip up.
i get it done but i feel like a sausage.
i just wanna know if i should keep them or get a 9
