April 9th Flat Tummy, Big Booty - Aventura, FL

Well folks, it’s been about 12 years I want to say, and here I am. I never went back for another revision as I decided to have more children and things came up. So here we are now that I am DONE with having children and at a stable weight. Dr. Salama is going in to do a BBL revision and I’m having a breast lift with implants. To put into perspective, I went up to 185 pounds had 2 kids and in the last 2 years I have really hit the gym hard and in conjunction I started wegovy. I have lost 45 pounds and am now about 140. I am ready for a new me! I want to tell anyone out here to be very careful when considering a BBL. If you are having kids or cannot keep a stable weight DO NOT do it. Gaining weight has lead to my butt being extremely lumpy and unappealing. A really special shout out to Nancy for dealing with me through the years and being brutally honest with me. After losing the weight it looks a ton better so now I need the good Dr to go in and work his magic to tighten and smooth out everything. I don’t want it any bigger just smoother, a nice little bubble with high profile implants. I am thinking 400-500cc. I want them very high and full. This time I am going to really take care of his work and I feel it will really change my life as it has been many years since I felt comfortable in a bikini. Now I know I need a TT but I don’t want that surgery so just tightening will work for me.

SO in the last 2 years this has been a nightmare. I've already had another revision and in need of another I have not posted any pics because it looks so bad!! I have huge dents and it looks deformed. I strongly urge anyone thinking of this procedure to do your reserch this has been the worst experience of my life!! I literally look deformed!! It did look wonderful for about 6 months and then [RS bleep] hit the fan!! Dr.Salama has been wonderful only charging me the center fee and anisthesia which adds up to 1000.00 I should be goin back in when I get this money up again. unfortunately since I no longer can work bartending or anything wearing booty shorts I am stuck in an office job which as you can imagine is far less income the bartending where I was :( I litterally cannot even wear a swim suit. It is embarrassing I cry all the time and wish I would have never done this. Please think about this before you do it!! I wil post pics as soon as I can. i now will have scars under my butt because he has to cut skin out to tighten it and lipo more to fill in the dents :(

omg sorry its been so long but ive been suer busy with this big ole booty let me tell u im damn near famous these days lol. well i went back to dr salama for my "lump" and now i am perfect!! i couldnt be happier. i would recoment dr.salama to anyone!! he was so wonderful threw all of this!! and nomie is a life saver..god i feel like i have talked to her 100 times. the only problem i have is my nerve endings are messed up...i have really bad pain shooting threw the area where i had the second surgery on..has anyone else had this? did i mention dr.s did all of this at no charge to me? again i love it and to all the girls with doubts DO IT!! i have never been happier!! more pics up soon!! xoxox
