I am a 51 year old white gal who has never had a nice bum. Been wanting to do this for years but I was hesitant to try and find an out-of-area doctor.

Well, after a ton of research, Dr. Salama was exactly the right choice. He is extremely professional and the absolute best for the job. My only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. I actually wish I could give him more stars. Dr. Salama (and his staff) exceeded all of my expectations. I did a ton of research and went to a Seattle doctor to get an in-face consultation and alternate opinion. Dr. Salama wins, hands down. I understand why so many gals come from so far away to have the best doctor perform this surgery. From beginning to now (2 weeks post-op) he has been honest about the expected outcome on someone at my age and body style (51 year old skinny white girl) and very professional in every way. His staff is well trained, experienced, helpful and patient. I traveled to Florida from Washington State to have this done and I have no complaints and no regrets. I was worried he wouldn't be able to find enough fat to make it worth it. Once again, he exceeded my expectations and somehow found 1100cc for each side! Even if only half of this sticks around I will be thrilled. I could go on forever.....I am that pleased...

Hey Ruben! Everything is going great. Getting massages 3x a week and its all smoothing out and looking great. The trip back was okay,considering it was three flights and about 10 hours time! However, the flight attendants were nice letting me stand pretty much the whole time. I'm trying my best to stay off the rear, using a kneeling chair at work or standing up. So, you can tell the doc I'm not letting it "spread out" and keeping it "high and tight" Im off the pain pills except I take one before each massage. Thanks so much for everything. I'm glad you enjoyed your results! If I may ask, in how many months time from deciding to with dr. salama was your appt? Like, from booking to surgery?
Hi Lady Loghorn: I booked in the spring and had surgery in the fall so about 5 months or so? It was well worth the wait. I am now 3 months post op and still have a great bum. My waist is 28" and my bum is 39" and hasn't shrunk at all for the past 2 months so I think Im gonna be keeping it. Dr. Salama has a special technique for putting the fat back in and it's supposed to help it stay around. I'm so happy!!.....still... good luck to you!
