Dr Salama was very straight to point and honest on what he can do for you. He explains everything and answered all my questions. What I like is he didn't rush and went over every part of my body and said what needs to be done to achieve the body you want. That's alli wanted was upfront honesty.

Thank you I feel great and look amazing in pants and thongs now. LoL I wish everyone luck and take your time searching and choosing your dr. But i researched Dr Salama for over a yr before choosing him and I am so happy I did. Will post a two and 4 wk pic when the time come also.
i have too been searching a doc for a long time but still have skepticism. I do think Salama is great. Your results are good and compliments your frame. please continue to update your progress
Good always search and research the doc you want. This is to important and intimate to just pick the cheapest random place. There are a lot of cheap places but I wanted quality , professionalism and clean reputable practice . I will continue with updates cause that is so important to see other patient journey cause that is what made me decide too. So I will continue ... Good luck with everything

Thank you but I am not sure . I will email Nomie and see what she says. I know one thing his Lipo is no joke. The soreness and my skin around my whole back and stomach is so tight and numb it feels like a tight band is wrapped around me. So be prepared for the healing process. Each day things get better and tomorrow will be day 7 I can say I fell 95% myself. I haven't taken a Percocet since Sat ... Sunday I had two bowel moments and that relieved a lot.lol I know I got along way to go but 1 week down so far.
Don't worry he will do exactly what you want and will be up front on what can be achieved based on your body and shape. He sits and talk with you no rush. Bring pics too cause he likes to see what you envision too

I've had smart lipo done before so I'm kinda familiar with the soreness and feeling of it. But I'm thinking lipo maybe a lil different but I'm ready for it!

Yes hunni you look amazing did you have a drain
I had two drains ... One front and back. Lipo on arms . Vaser Lipo on thigh and Lipo on stomach, upper lower back and flanks . Surgery was Tues so 1st drain he removed on Sat. The 2nd drain removed Wed so 8 days later. I didn't need any pain med after Sat. Pain is not what I felt at all after surgery . I was just tired and very very very sore .i know. This is my journey so please don't think your path will be the same . I hope it is or easier but depends on pain tolerance. But what was very painful for me was the 2 massages at Elite that Eileen did . She is truly a sweetheart but it still hurt like hell for me . Mind you I did take a Percocet 1 hr before still did nothing to stop that 45 min of painful massage. But it had to be done. LoL

No pain just extreme soreness and numbness . The only pain I had was during the two massages at Elite

No those are not my results. That pic was the wish pic I showed Dr Salama the other two pics are my before pic . It's been 5 days post op so I will take pic later and post to show my results which I am pleased this far . He did exactly what I wanted that was doable for my shape and frame
Sorry I never did measurements before surgery but I weighed 185 the day of and height is 5'5

I had a great experience from the time I walked in...

I had a great experience from the time I walked in Elite office. It's so cool and meeting Nomie and the rest of staff in person. They are all so friendly and inviting and beautiful women. I had Preop with Nomie and she answered all questions and explained everything. Whenever I had a issue or question before I left home while trying to get
Medical clearance Cynthia and Nomie and Jesenia answered my email ASAP or called me
The day of surgery all went smooth Alex the anesthesiologist he was very cool and informative with each step of process before taking you under. They give you plenty of time to recover when you wake up. Monica was very helpful and had a BBL done also and she looked great so did Nomie???? so that only reassured me that I came to the right doctor. I woke up very shaky and dizzy but no vomiting. If general anesthesia usually make you vomit when you wake up then let Alex know and he will give you extra anti nausea meds. This was the first time I didn't throw up in my life and I Been under at least 7 times. I am writing this on post op day 3. I had 1st massage today and yes it is painful so take a pain pill first. Beauty is pain LOL . In the end all went great I have the hips and ass I wanted and asked for. Very sore but no pain . Extra strength Tylenol is all I need. I am swollen of course but can see such a major difference. Dr Salama is the man and doctor to see.

Yeah has an awesome staff. I choose him based on pics and his staff was so professional and fast with responses and called to explain things but they email you just as fast. I had was choosing between Dr Wendall and Vanity or Elite and hands down Elite proved to be most professional and the best overall results. Dr Salama listened to what I wanted and told me what was and wasn't possible. In the end I am extremely satisfied and will post before and after pics

My husband and kids came with me so we stayed at Marriott Townplace suite in Miami Lakes about 15 to 20 min from Dr Salama office the surgical office is about the same distance . If your not traveling with someone the please stay in recovery house you will need someone especially for first 3 days to help you with everything
Wow. I hope I achieve these results.
He is the man cause I have hips now and sharp and projection ...just what I asked for. I know it will take weeks to heal and that massages Eileen ( she is such a sweet heart) did ain't no joke ...hurts like hell but she will get all that excess fluid out those Lipo areas. I miss sitting down but I love my new butt and hips.
