I previously had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Salama almost a year ago. I returned for a BBL and had it performed on June 20, 2016. As with my previous experience with Dr. Salama, his pre-op consultation was very thorough and he was very open to questions and concerns. Dr. Salama offered the "Cell Saver", which is expected to help with recovery after surgery. It is a transfusion of your own blood that is lost during surgery.
On the day of surgery, I met with Dr. Salama once again and met with the anesthesiologist. I was marked up and was sedated shortly afterwards. I felt better than expected upon waking and for the next few days. I believe the transfusion was very helpful and well worth the cost. Yaneisy, the post op nurse, was wonderful and offered great care both directly after surgery as well as with my follow-ups.
Both of the massage therapists have also been very helpful during my recovery. The massages are painful, but I feel a huge difference after having them done. They also offer many tips and helpful advice to aid in recovery.
I am happy with my results so far. I received 1200cc in each side and I have an hour glass shape. Small waist, flat tummy, and round booty :)

Dr. Salama, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at your office. I am coming from NYC to have surgery and my decision was not only based on your history of professionalism and craftsmanship, but also on the fact that there is a recovery house affiliated with your clinic. When it was time to schedule my surgery date and book my deposit, Cynthia was prompt in returning calls and answering questions. My surgery is booked for 8/30/16 for breast augmentation, revision of implants, lipo and a bra-line back lift. Recovery is very important. I have called the clinic several times to speak with Cynthia and I get excuses that she is out of the office. 2-3 weeks ago I spoke with someone who said that I would be contacted in order to talk about payment options and information for the recovery house would be sent. NO CALL. Today I called and spoke with Ysenia who informs me that now there is NO RECOVERY HOUSE for a few weeks due to some plumbing issues. So WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO CONTACT ME? I am also a healthcare provider who is all too familiar with the importance of good, accommodating, and comfortable recovery. I was told I'd be emailed a list of hotels and contact info for a woman named Grace, to take care of me!!! So now I have paid a "non-refundable" deposit based on the fact that I would have 24hour care and facility to find out now THERE IS NONE and I still have no email info. Please help with this matter.

You look amazing gurl! I'm going back in November of this year for my tummy tuck & round 2 bbl I had my bbl done last Dec and he did an awesome job on me.

I did my Tummy Tuck and Thigh Lift Dr. Salama, in March 2015 and October 2015 he did my BBL.. My shape looks amazing and definitely better than it was before.. I'm going for 2nd BBL revision next week July 12 and Breast Augmentation.. Speedy recovery... Remember to walk alot and don't sit for 6 weeks... If you must use your Boppy Pillow... Take care... Enjoy your new you!!! ;)
