Girls Dr Salama is the man!! :) I want moreeeee booty! Booty greed I guess?? But, overall definitely pleased with my results! :) ohh and I started to workout, I need to get rid of some butt celulite, i hope it doesn't kill all my booty fat cells!

7 weeks p.o. pic. Started exercising. Hopefully my booty plumps up more with weight training. .let's see. :)

Depending on the look you're trying to achieve it seems that more and more women are going for round two. I feel like I have quite a bit of fat to be removed and I'm wondering if I will get my desired look first time around. I'm fully prepared to have to go for around two if need be. He can only suck so much out and put so much back in per surgery, unfortunately.
In the state of FL he's allowed to extract a max of 4liters..He could only get 2150 from me.. :(
With that said, I wonder if it's any cheaper for round two. Considering they're not taking out as much

Ok ladies here is my 4 weeks post op pic.. I've lost a lot volumen. .If I had to guess I would say 40%..looks like my butt doesn't hold fat well. :( Anyway, Im still a little swollen.. this pic was taken after 3 shifts of 12 hours..In need of a massage pronto!

At this point I think it still looks good but i do notice a big loss volume when compared to the last post op pic. How many CC's did he inject in each side? I've read that injecting a large volume of fat at once could sometimes cause fat cell death....
I didn't have enough fat apparently. .So the ideal person for this type of procedure per Dr Salama is someone who's 20 to 30 pounds over their ideal weight..I only gained 14 pounds :/ He only took out 2300 ccs of fat from me and reinjected 1000 cc per butt cheek and 150 per side for hips. I was very swollen in my first post op pic.. I was happy with the booty...Now I'm kinda disappointed. . I'm planning to go see him in soon..I would hate to have to go for a round 2..The recovery process is no joke..I month later and my lower back and abs still burn when I touch them..

Im 5'9 and weighed 170 the day of surgery.
So sad to hear tht u lost volume. Can u please provide us with a current update with pics. I heard it takes some time to fluff up again.

Aww thanks! I wish I kept that big booty I came out of surgery thou lol. .I feel good..Its softer.. However one cheek looks bigger than the other one lol...I may need a revision :/

How much do you weigh now? And how tall are you?
I'm 5' 3 and weigh 142 right now (alot of my weight is muscle not fat though from training). 145 lbs would put me at the 8 pound gain Dr. Salama recommended.

Yes he did..He left my tummy flat again... and my back looks pretty.awesome.. I wanted more on my waist area, but once i hit the gym again it should fix that..lol

No, thank God! Waiting on my 3 months time frame to see my final results..If my butt gets any smaller, my little behind will be flying to see him again! Lol

You won't def come back the way you left, lol but the 3 months final result will say it all.. Lets hope for the "fluffing " lol
