It seemed that over the years, no matter how much I dieted and exercised, weight just seemed to shift from desireable areas (butt and hips), to undesirable areas (stomach, bra roll, flanks). While I realize that at almost 39, I couldn't expect to look 22 again, I simply wanted to look and feel good in my clothes and daily life. I was tired of battling, and so began considering surgical options.
