After stalking realself.com for a complete year, I compared many doctors photos to each other. I found ppl who had similar body types to myself and the Dr. the had the best overall results were Dr. Salama! From the consultation to the post surgery appts. everyone was very kind, professional, and helpful! I feel great , I look great, had lots of support from ALL the staff. I would definitely choose/ recommend Dr. Salama for any and everyone considering a plastic surgery procedure!

Congrats! I too work in the elementary education field and am having a bbl over summer vacation next year. What are you planning on telling staff, parents, and kids? I am worried about it. :/ I have a great repor and reputation with all staff and parents and I am worried they will judge me so badly it will effect my career.
