So let’s see, aside from the mottling which is permanent, see picture, My stomach not being completely flat and having all kinds of divots I look ok in clothes. My cheeks where the fat grafting was put have formed giant balls when your press. I also have a collection of them on my left cheek. I cannot show the photo because it’s not superficial but damn if anyone feels my butt you can DEFINITELY feel it. I feel like i was royally F*Ucked with this whole surgery. Dr. Says those lumps are fat necrosis btw. I’m confused how a doctor who gets so much credit can’t get my stomach flat and screw up my entire body. DO NOT book with him. Find someone else

2 months post op and I’m super unhappy
I have dents and fat deposits on the side I never had before. I also had this mottling that looks like broken blood vessels. Emailed doctor salama and he said it’s permanent. I can seek laser treatment to fix the look. AWESOME

You look great! I hope once you heal and everything fades, and fluffs and you see your final results you will be happy. Honestly you had a great before and the after is perfect!
Oh man im so sorry. I have that same squarish look and have that same fat deposit.
I’m super surprised..Dr Salama’s work is usually flawless. But overall I think think you look super Nice!! It seemed everything started to round out by your 2nd mo.
Btw... CONGRATS on your bbl you’re still a DOLL GOOD LUCK to you and I hope in the end you get the look you want and deserve <3

Here’s some updated photos!!!! My waist just keeps shrinking, I do have a TON of swelling and tightness. My massage lady says I will keep getting smaller ahhhhhh so excited. My butt is shrinking a bit but I love the shape. My arms are sooooo tiny. Only complaint is I do have a good side dent in one cheek that is really worrying me. But I’m only 3 1/2 weeks so we’ll see what happens

Your body is AMAZING!! What was our staring weight?? How are your incisions healing?
my body is definitely healing at a very slow rate but my incisions are healing amazing. my starting weight was around 154

it’s crazy how your body just heals so fast and the scaring is going to be very minimal. he def does the incisions in places that are discreet
Did you only have one drain in your butt crack? I see most of his patients with two.. one in the crack and one on their hip. That’s the one I’m concerned with scarring. The lipo marks are usually tiny
