5'1 currently 168 lbs. I'm Hoping to lose about 30 lbs by my surgery date.

Doing this alone and I'm extremely nervous.

I hope that writing about my experience on here can help someone. Feel free to get in touch with me! It would be nice to talk to people who are going through the same thing.

my results are great so far and I love it! The staff has also been Extremely kind and helpful. Five stars for elite recovery house as well. The eight days I spent there really helped speed along my recovery.

Does the apple cider vinegar really help?

Im scheduled for August the 4th and Im soooo scared. One day I wake up excited, let's do this...Other days, I want to call the office and get my down payment back...lol The struggle is real. Are u staying at the recovery house??
I want to stay at the recovery house, I just haven't booked my stay yet. My surgery is on the 27th of July. Are you staying at the recovery house? I would still be there the first few days after your surgery

Yes, I booked 10 days at the recovery house. I will be going alone. So I'm going to need all the help I can get. Maybe I will get to meet you if.you decide to stay there for 10 days as well... I need the moral support..lol
Will do. I am nervous too but more excited then anything. I hate the way my body looks in my clothes. I'm probably going to do a cleanse before surgery.

When are you having surgery? I just confirmed my TT surgery for Aug 5. I am nervous as well and you are not alone when it's comes to losing weight. Currently, I am 220 lbs and I have to go down to at least 190lbs (Height 5 '4'). Just keep positive and look at the pics and results. Everything will be fine.
