Hi RS family, so for the past year i have been looking into getting a bbl. I have looked high and low for some drs and came across Dr.Salama, i have heard nothing but good things about him and i am a fann of his BBL work. I have even had the privilege to speak to someone personally and she loves her results. My procedure date is in 2 weeks and i couldn't be more excited. Im tired of having a flat butt. My goal is to have a butt that breaks necks when i walk past lol. I will keep you guys updated and i will be sure to post pics!!!

Eww okay ladies so here is my body before the surgery. Im not even goin to lie, its takin alot out of me to post these just due to the simple fact that i am not happy with my body. Im really hoping Dr.Salama can work some magic on me????

BBL PILLOW
Hi ladies so let me just first start by saying my surgery is next week!! Yes im nervous but more excited!! So last week probably wednesday i had ordered the bbl pillow. I heard some of you ladies talk about how wonderful it is. I wasnt quite sure how long it would take and i was hoping to have it before i left. Well today it came and i couldnt be more excited. As soon as i got it i opened it right up and i was quite surprised. I tried it out and when i sat on it it was very very comfortable. The boopy pillow seems more soft like a pillow and just would sink when you sit on it. It seems like you would have to use more of your upper body to hold yourself up. I want to be as comfortable as possible during my recovery.

Hey girly I wanted to order one but $60 lol is it better then like a rolled up yoga mat? And is it hard or does it sink when you sit on it? Thank you lol

Yes thats what i was thinking lol but its really worth it. Honestly i think it is better than a rolled up yoga mat just because the bbl pillow actually has groves in it where you place your thigh and its firm!! You cant really tell in the pic ima take a pic of me sitting on it. It really does keep your butt off the chair.

Please be sure to come back and update us on the details / pictures.... Good luck. I called Dr. Salama office a couple of days ago to set up a free consult. I told the receptionist I was interested in the tumescent lipo and she told me that Dr. Salama does not do tumescent lipo. I'm interested in that lipo because of the less risk involved as well as the pain.

That is exactly how I would describe the pillow. You don't have to try to sustain your self like the boppy, you could actually sit because its firm enough but pretty soft . It's weird, it's like firm and soft at the same time lol. I love my pillow. Make sure you take it on your flight so you won't have to struggle in those squishy tiny chairs.

PRpink it's better than the yoga roller because the yoga roller is so hard and uncomfortable. This bbl pillow actually keeps you off your butt and its firm and soft at the same time. Get it girl, worth every penny.
