4 years post op round 2

Hey guys. Haven’t been on here in yearssss! But i i figured I would post an after picture years later after having done my bbl. my first was in 2013 and my second was in 2014. Both times i went to Dr. Salama and he did a great job. I have lost and gained 5-15lbs here and there but with the weight loss and weight gain everything shifts in proportion. In other words booty gets a little smaller but waist gets tighter or booty gets a little bigger waist may get a little bigger. Right now i kind of want a revision or possibly another round. I’m still young and haven’t had kids but you can tell from the pictures that my right side(compared to my left side) has an indentation where some fat was reabsorbed. It’s not crazy noticeable but to me it is. I have spoken to Dr. Salama office and they told me that I look good however if i wanted to do a full new round or revision then i would be able to do it. I have been going back and forth and on the fence about it, as it’s been so long as i had a procedure like this, but I may end up getting another round. I also want to mention that it’s very important to workout and eat right to maintain your results but also don’t over do the working out because in my case i believe that the first year after my round 2 i ended up working out too much and it kind of made me lose volume as compared to right after my round 2. I’m considering going back to dr Salama again because he is the best and did such a great job both of my surgeries but i have also been eyeing Dr. Oliver Chang’s work and it seems pretty impressive as well. From what I heard, however, Dr Chang injects fat over and under the muscle? Does anyone know this? Dr. Salama does only over the muscle as there is a much less risk of developing embolism during or post surgery. Anyways I’m thinking about another round possibly within the next coming year or so. If anyone has any suggestions, whether or not they went to dr Chang and how their experience was, any input would be appreciated. Any questions please feel free to ask!

BBL Round 3?

Hello all. It's been almost 3 years post op my round 2 with salama and I have lost a lot of weight. I'm thinking of going a third round to add more fullness and shape to the top area of my butt. I love to workout so I have been doing too much cardio and went from 185 to 168/170 lbs. I had lost this weight in a short amount of time so I feel like that's why my butt went down. I sent in photos to salama and he recommended that I gain weight( I never had to really gain weight for my last two rounds because I'm naturally thicker and tend to gain weight easily. But this time I really don't have much fat to work with. I was wondering if anyone recommends any healthy way to gain weight for the bbl. dr salama said I need to gain 10-15 lbs. (sounds like so much). I want to continue working out (maybe not as often or as intense) so if anyone has any tips to gain healthy weight that would be great. As a side not I'm also vegan(have been vegan for many years!) but vegans can be thick ;) thank you!

Bbl round 3?

Hello all. I have been thinking about getting a third round. I had lost weight after my second bbl with dr salama and went from 185 lbs to 168/170 lbs in a short amount of time. I do love to workout and I did too much cardio so my butt went down a lot (it was about 44/45 now it's about 42) dr salama said I need to gain 10-15 lbs for the procedure (I've never had to gain weight for the other two rounds because I'm naturally thicker and tend to carry weight) but this time I need to gain weight. Still debating whether I should get another round but my question is does anyone know a healthy way to gain weight. I would still want to continue working out (maybe not as often or as intensely). Any input would be great! Oh and also I'm a vegan (I have been vegan for many years) but vegans can be thick ;) thank you!
