Hi ladies!
So it’s been a year and few days since my TT. Results are not what I expected, mainly due to this crazy abdominal distention. My tummy looks loose , when bending over it hangs , standing side view I look pregnant , frontal is ok. I contacted Salama and he said lipo should fix the issue, perhaps it could but that doesn’t cure the abdominal distention that NEVER goes away. I’ve tried everything, I even went on a 2 month liquid diet and nothing helped. I do have bloat a little in the lower abdomen but the main bloating area is upper area and a lot in the upper left. I do wear a corset roughly 12-16 hrs a day and it does not help at all. Thinking about going back to the faja and foams to see if that helps. Has anyone else dealt or is dealing with constant bloating? I feel like this TT needs to be revised , that lipo alone will not cure the issue at hand. I will fly in around June or July to see Salama for consult on BBL with scar revision to TT unless he does recommend revision of the whole TT procedure.

8 month post op review and questions!
Hi ladies!
I’m a couple days late on posting my 8 month post op review. I took pictures this morning to send to dr. Salama to show him my progress and talk about revision. I have been out of the faja for a few days at a time but I get super swollen still and look pregnant, so then I have to go back in for a couple of days. I’ve been really bloated for a month or so, I can’t seem to get rid of it. So I’ll fast for a week and see how bay goes. I’ve noticed for the last couple of months I can’t go number 2 without a laxative , otherwise I don’t get the urge to go. Has this happened to anyone else since having a TT? I spoke with the doc on the possible TT revision along with scar revision . He said that I can do a scar revision along with some abdomen lipo for the lower half, so I’ll do the scar revision with BBL. But I wanted to do my breast lift abs transfer first. The main doc I had in mind for FT to breast is a North Carolina doc but he doesn’t do breast lift at same time . I have my eye on Dr. from Costa Rica he does both at same time. Then I’ve been thinking just to get lift for now here in Texas. Anyone know of a fabulous breast lift doc in Texas??? I want to ge the breast lift by feb if it’s going to be in Texas, otherwise I’ll wait to travel to Costa Rica in June of 2018. Then I have to wait 6 months to get my TT and butt fine by Salama. If someone could answer my questions I would greatly appreciate it. Here’s my 8 month super bloated and swollen pics. I’ll post a week ago pics too I’ve asnt bloated or swollen much on that day.

I don't have a whole lot of insight as you're further along then I but I take meta-mucil to help me go. It's amazing. It doesn't make you crap your brains out or cramp like laxatives can. It also helps with weight loss and bloating. I started that and feel a ton better and less bloated. I also got my hubby, mother in law, sister and friend on it and they all love it. It's a new must. Plus it tastes like tang! Lol.
Thanks for that info. I tried that too, doesn’t work for me though. Glad to hear it works for you, that’s great.
I can’t find in your review whether you had a muscle repair or not with your tummy tuck. If your muscles weren’t repaired after child birth then that could be the reason you still feel bloated or feel you look pregnant. I think you look great and have a beautiful hour glass shape! As far as dr recommendations I can’t help b/c I’ve never visited drs in those states. Best of luck to you and what you decide! Keep us updated!
Thank you for your kind comment. I had a full tummy tuck (not mini, those are the only ones that do not have muscle repairs) I had muscle repair. The doc actually said that a lot of ppl complain of bloating after a TT and he recommended getting an rX for antibloating meds. I notice when I don’t eat for a few days my bloat is totally gone and I’m able to have regular BM. But if I eat no matter how small or big, how healthy or non healthy, I bloat crazy. Looks like bone broth for the rest of my life lol, just joking. I’ve learned that if I want to wear something sexy I don’t eat food for 3 days, just bone broth. I guess there is always a way around it lol. I will be going back in for scar revision though .
Oh my gosh! That sounds like torture not eating lol! Maybe this is something that will eventually resolve for you over the next couple years. Good luck with your revisions! Overall you look wonderful for a mom with SEVEN kids! Keep looking like a MILF girlfriend ;)

6 month post op
Well I had taken pics two days past my 6 month post op , I just had not gotten the time to post here. Dr. Salama said everything looks good , I just have a lot of inflammation so I have to stay in the faja for additional time. Approx at 9months post op we will revisit the discussion of revision. So hopefully this inflammation subsides by then and then there would be no real reason for revision unless I want the scar revised which is a strong possibility. Still hurts to sneeze and cough, so hopefully that goes away soon too.

I want my scar fixed too. Mine is dark and thick.
I know mine came from too much pressure too soon on the healing scar. Was that the case for you too ?
I have no idea why mime is thick and dark. Probably the same reason and also being my 2nd tummy tuck. I'm not sure
When you say you have inflammation do you mean your scar? Hoping everything turns out the way you want it to. I believe scar revision is an easy fix though if it needs to be done. Glad to hear from you :)
No, inflammation is the swelling bloating feeling and look that comes internally. The scar has been healing thick due to too much pressure too soon on it and caused it to be raised and thick. Thank you for your kind words, I hope everything turns out the way I want it to as well. Scar revision shouldn't be too much of a healing process if I do the scar revision. But most likely I would do the revision of TT if it comes to that which in turn I would have a new scar.
Oh ok I understand now! Good luck with whatever you decide! Keep us updated :)
