I'm sorry to hear that, are you wearing your faja 24/7 I hear that helps sometimes and pineapple, but I'm glad everything else is good!
Seroma is fluid build up, they usually get it all with the drains you wear after your TT, but sometime your body will produce little more fluid after the drains have been remove. It tends to go away on its own if it's not a lot.
