Freemie hi I read about your experience and wanted to know if you had any pictures? I am glad you are really happy now, that is the most important. I went to Doctor Pazmino and he gave me a very good impression but your review really stuck with me. Hope you are doing well
Wbailey, I've been to Dr Pazmino 2/2012 as well as happy2beme and we went around the same time... She just posted her review today. I had NO issues with Dr P and I'm going into 3 months... He always stressed the back scoop and how back sculpting (scoop) really gives you a nice shape helping your butt to pertrude reducing the amount of CCs you would need. Understand some folks are on here to sabbatage surgeons. I have the pics to prove and I requested that happy2beme post her pics so I can review it as well. Feel free to send me a private message or go to my page. I don't want to be rude on freeme2, Freeme, destroyed (all her) page. Dr P is AMAZING as well as his staff!

@Wbailey, no one believes her story. She has nothing to back it up and the doctor doesnt know her.
Getabooty yeah I had commented to the doctor about a patient that was unhappy he told me the only one that he had was one where he suggested to do a tummy tuck and the girl didnt want to, apparently she would have a lot of loose skin. He said he even gave her major discount because it would reflect bad on him if she was not satisfied. The doctors read our reviews and I think the best advertisement they get is ours. Are you happy with the bbl in general? Or do you have any regrets?
@Wbailey...Anyway, I read all the mess up there, arent those the girls that go on everyone's page talking trash. Very sad! I was going to get a tummy tuck with him 6 mths later bc my son was too small for me to get both procedures done at the same time. I opted to do them separate. What does my deformed butt have to do with my stomach??? Doesn't make sense. Dr. Pazmino did offer to do my tummy tuck and my butt FOR FREE after I exposed him. I CHOSE to pay another $6,000 to Dr. Salama bc I wouldn't let him touch me with a ten foot pole after that. Another girl from Asia that just went to him contacted me to tell me he charged her a fortune and she looks exactly the same. I was grateful that she looked the same and not deformed. I am not here to bash or sabotage Pazmino, only telling my story. That is on you to believe it. Apparently Divaish is estatic about his work. Its your body. As far as Dr. Salama is concerned. There are 100's of women posting his work daily, me being one of them, and only 3 on Dr. Pazmino's behalf. You do the numbers.
Yes, I am excited about my results. Not too concerned with CCs. Too much butt makes it look fake. Dr P was the ONLY surgeon that spoke of sculpting in addition to fat grafting due to my current shape. What everyone needs to understand is everyone is different and the outcomes will vary. For what I wanted, he was my best selection. When one speak of those not satisfied in addition to various body types, fat availability, etc ask what was their post care regimen? I had fat that I knew would stay, a more petite person who loses fat quickly fat may absorb much quicker... Depends. Your butt is HUGE which I'm sure is what you wanted and it looks great! I just had a different vision for my bottom and Pazmino heard me out and implemented. Some are satisfied with Salama work and some I know personally are not. I've only come across you w/Pazmino but not to say there aren't others. Lastly, quantity doesn't speak to me ad help influence my decision, quality does. For my frame and desired outcome, Pazmino was my choice. To whom were u referring to as the trash talkers? Just to make it clear, I'm on this site to provide information regarding my experience, obtain and share tips, not to battle on behalf of our elected doctors. You definitely have the huge bootay u wanted and I am TRULY excited for u that u are once again excited about your results. Take care and happy healing.
@Wbailey, I am happy with my bbl, but I really think he could have given me a little more. I really wanted 1200cc and he gave me 1000cc. But I am overall satisfied with it. He could have also taken some more fat off my inner thighs and stomach. But I will be requesting a touch from him. I had a tremendous amount of fat and I think the legal limit is 4 liters in florida, so maybe he took that and couldnt take anymore. But my clothes fit so much better and I am gotten a lot of complements on the booty. Did you every get a chance to look at my before and after pictures on my page?

It has been 2 weeks since my surgery and DR....
It has been 2 weeks since my surgery and DR. SALAMA is an unbelievable surgeon. He turned a horrible situation and literally transformed by body. He exceeded by far any expectations I had. I had seen his work on others, but had no idea that he could take my body conditions with the assymetrical results I had and turn it into what he did. He is very passionate, gifted and serious about his work. Please if you are contemplating BBL and tummy tuck understand that price and credentials are not enough to make a decision. You have to see results on other women, not just from the Surgeons webpage; but from other that he has worked on. Note that practically every great result on Realself is DR. SALAMA'S work. He is the real deal. The thing is that while there are many fantastic doctors, they do not specialize and have not mastered the BBL. Anyone can jump on the new fad of surgery and say , oh yeah I do that, but that is not the case. It is a very intricate surgery and DR. SALAMA specializes in them. I am passsionate about this blog because I want others to experience this surgery and hve it done right the first time. The aftercare is so great. The staff is so professional. Celia the Lymphatic Massage therapist is the Top of the line. Ruben, Jennifer and Nomi are so good at what they do because they see womens lives being transformed. The surgical staff during the procedure was also a huge part of making this very intense surgery enjoyable if that even makes sense. Dr. Salama is serious, but super down to earth and busy :-), but never makes you feel like he is in a rush even though others are waiting for his time.I hope you see this blog and make the right choice!!!

AMAZING!!! I am running a household of 4 kids and just went back to work after three weeks so I am slacking on the picks, but I will get them done. Dr. Salama is unbelievable!
