Took about 6 weeks to see the final results and I couldn’t be happier!

I got Aveli in late Spring with Dr. Casas. As anyone reading this review is well aware cellulite cannot be treated with diet and exercise. I have tried multiple treatments, procedures, creams and nothing has been effective until Aveli. I read a lot about Aveli before my procedure and was excited about the technology. I avoided the recommended foods/medicines for a week prior to the procedure to minimize bruising. The procedure itself was quick and relatively easy. Dr. Casas started by pinpointing the dimples I wanted “released”. I then laid on my stomach and the numbing cream was applied. I brought headphones for music from my phone and think the distraction was helpful. The procedure itself is not painful; you can feel pressure where she is using the tool but not pain. Post procedure I was tender and bruised but it was absolutely manageable with Advil. You need to be diligent about wearing the compression clothing post procedure to help with the swelling and bruising. It took about two weeks for the bruising to clear and I used Alastin R&R which I think was super helpful. I was missing a spot in the back and that bruising definitely took longer to heal than the parts I was using the r&r.
I would say it took about 6 weeks to see the final results and I couldn’t be happier! Almost all of the pinpoint dimples were released and my cellulite dimples were no longer. I was especially excited for the dimples on my side thighs and lower thighs to be released and to be able to wear shorts and suits more confidently! Its even great when I wear leggings as my lighter color leggings used show some of my deeper dimples.
If you are bothered by cellulite I am confident you will be so happy with Aveli and Dr Casas!
