Wanted a Snatched Waist and Flat Stomach!

After 2 C-sections and a hernia repair my stomach was never the same I needed a change and fast exercise would not do the trick !!!!! So I had 360 Lipo and abdominal plasty. Such a process and painful.... but worth it believe me! Downtime for me was 2 mths...I thought it would be 2 wks lol!! I am currently at 2mth post op and just starting to feel normal! But everyone is different!
