How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.

The only con of the surgery was the recovery....

The only con of the surgery was the recovery. There was initially a lot of swelling and some pain, however this only lasted for the first few weeks. It was difficult to walk or move around a lot during the first 2 weeks, but by the 3rd week I resumed most normal activity. Pros of surgery were great results after a few weeks had gone by. Between week 6-8 I felt pretty much back to normal.

Dr. Shashoua and his NP are great. They helped with any questions I had pre-op and post-op and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They were prompt in scheduling and were able to help me with my concerns during appointments and over the phone. Really great experience with them.
