I had a deflation of one of my saline implants. I also wanted to go bigger. Because I have had two prior surgeries I decided to choose the Natural Internal Bra (NIB) procedure. I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Maggi and his staff are so wonderful. The chemistry was immediate. I went from a deflated implant to a wonderful DD.
